I am not the type of person to leave any type of reviews on businesses however I must leave a review on the horrible experience I had at this location not once but twice. If I want to make a return with proof of purchase there should be no reason why I should be getting attitudes from the sales associates, it is my money and I want it back. They required me to have the same card I paid with and I did, however because I paid with Apple Pay the last 4 digits of the card were different for security reasons yet instead of being of any help the older lady was rude when I went the first time and the younger lady was rude when I went the second time all because I was being adamant that I had the correct card and I wanted my money back. If it was $10 I would not be making a big deal out of it but it was almost $250. I was never rude to them but I was very clear on what the situation was. If they are there to help clients then maybe they should cut back on the attitude and be helpful.
Covid 19 safe practices are in place at this location. No more than 4 people in the store at one time, and a box of masks and sanitizer is provided upon entrance inside of the store. The gentleman that serviced us, Alex, was very polite and personable, great customer service. My first impression of this store was a great one. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again.
I sent the shoes for sole repair and they did an amazing job . Thank you to the red wing crew and to alex the employee on crocker hill .
This is my first time shopping at Red Wing, Alex was amazing! Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and patient. The boots fit perfectly and are super comfortable. I'll definitely be returning here for all my future work boots.
If somone were to ask me to rate the customer service at this place, I literally could not. It is non existent here. When I came here to get new boots, the guy behind the counter was nice enough to approach me and ask me what I was looking for. But when it came down to questions about steal toe and what he could recommend it seemed he didn't really know his stuff and was not confident in what he was talking about. Maybe it was an off day or something but customer service is seriously lacking at this place. -Had a better experience at the Arlington location.
Alex Garcia was the best Salesman I’ve ever seen in person. I went in knowing nothing and walked out feeling like I was a boot connoisseur!! I went over budget but didn’t mind it at all. These boots are well worth it.
They closed when its not even time we went at 4:40 and it was closed
Terrible customer service, go anywhere but here. Bald guy with a mask bigger than his face was my “sales” guy. Do not waste your time or money here!

I would like to take a few moments to personally and publicly acknowledge Carla at this location. I purchased a boot from another Red Wing location and the salesperson told me it would take two weeks to get here. Subsequently, my company was unwillingly to wait two weeks. I went to several stores before I decided to give Red wing on Cockrell Hill a chanc . I explained the situation to Carla and she immediately started seeking options. Thanks to her I received my boot in 48 hours. Carla- thank you so much and Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!
