Red Wing Shoe Store

Salesperson was patient, friendly, helpful. He cleaned and polished my Redwing boots I walked in with. No charge. The shoes I purchased were my second pair of Redwing to own so far. I hope to continue to be a long time customer.

James was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to find me exactly what I needed with no problem at all. Shoes feel and look great. They are definitely well made.

I've been wearing the same style boot for a few years. When I find something I like I stick with it. The store had my size in stock so life is good.

Same boot i always buy just bought some different inserts that the salesman recommended. Will let you know how i like them.

Always a pleasure when going to this store. I have been buying boots here for the last 10 years. Staff is outstanding. They are very helpful. Ken was my salesperson. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I had the correct boots for my feet and the job requirements. Red Wing makes an incredible boot and worth every penny if your going to be on your feet all day. A+ for these guys. Go check them out. I promise your feet will thank you.

They keep excellent records. They were able to find the kind of shoes my husband bought 10yrs ago. The sales person was AWESOME, so helpful and nice. Most peoe are scared of my husband he has a really deep voice and he usually doesn't smile, didnt bother the salesperson at all. Lol that was a 1st for me to see.

The staff is Wonderful. I wish they had a better selection But it's all right for the store.

I had a very good experience here. Mr James Yack was my salesperson. Very professional and knowledgeable. Spent a great deal of time with me. Measured my feet the old fashioned way and on the computerized system. Tried on several pairs of boots with and without coustom inserts until we found a pair of boots that were comfortable on me. If you need work shoes or boots I would recommend Red Wing Shoes.

I went in last week looking for some new work boots. The guy helping was rude. I asked for a boot I knew I liked well he insisted on others there. I found another pair I liked he didn’t size them and wasn’t the most helpful. With them. I got them home and decided to go with a different company. So I took them back today where the sells associates were even worse. probably the worst experience I have had with any type of retail. I would not recommend red wing boots from this store.

Customer service is very good. Good shoe that fits well. Over the years I've worn Red Wing for work and they last longer than a cheap pair of shoes by far. It seems as though the quality is less every time I buy a pair
