Didn't purchase anything since they didn't have black Oron Rangers in stock. small shop with limited selection.
I’m still having trouble processing how difficult and rude the associate made my visit. I went in with my partner intending to purchase 2 pairs of shoes and some accessories. We left with one pair because we really needed the shoes. This is despite the associate being incredibly rude and seemingly trying to deter us from a sale. The "supply issues," he spoke of in detail was not an issue, as we did find a pair of shoes and we were willing to try what they had. The issue was that he did not want to be there he said so twice during out visit. We were looking forward to visiting and buying from Redwing. We left feeling terrible and awkward, especially when he made a joke about making sure not to be there if we ever returned. Everyone deserves a bad day, but as he said himself, he did not like being on the floor interacting with customers. I wish we could have encountered someone who did want our sale.
Bought my first pair of red wings today and Shirley the sales associate was so awesome. Very helpful, patient, and professional. Made me feel like I made a good decision going to this red wings store
rude employees. Both times I’ve went in I was encountered by employees who were more interested in leaving then helping me out. Along with that I ripped through the leather on both pairs of redwings I’ve owned within 2 weeks. Wont go back and wont recommend to anyone.
Its to bad the one awfully rude employee was the reason for this review. She was rude about answering questions i had, i felt rushed and uncomfortable. She handled the situation terribly. I felt i was judged by the way i was dressed which was just work clothes. Worst experience ever. Another thing i understand theres a pandemic happening rite now they only allow 3 people total in the store at the moment. The store is big enough to fit 9 people max allowing 6ft distance also. My doctors office is just as big allowing more then 3 persons in at a time. I wont be returning to this location even after pandemic is over.
Went there in my shabby work clothes, and felt judged a bit...maybe because of my clothes? After being told that I probably didn't want to look at a certain pair because of the price I asked to see that pair in my size and I again was asked "Did you see the price?" I hate when people assume things like this just by your looks, age, clothes, etc. I was willing to drop some serious $ for the boots I was looking at but now will get them online where they have a better selection anyway.
The best work shoes I’ve ever worn.they carry wide size most places don’t. They are comfortable and last longer than any other shoe I’ve tried. Working in a kitchen with concrete floors for 10 hours a day you need these very good shoes worth every penny!
I have bought several pairs of boots at this store. All of the boots have lived up to the red Wing reputation. I will be retiring my oldest set of boots after replacing the sole for the third time in four years the side broke open. needless to say I am very happy with my boots. The service I have received has always been professional and very curious. I always look forward to a trip to this store.
The best experience we have had at Red Wing Shoes. we have been going for years staff was friendly, helpful . I would strongly suggest people go to this store.
I was always told Red Wing boots were par excellent, but I was a late convert. They're the best boots I've ever owned. The staff here in Milford are exceptional, and make sure you're earned with all the information you need in terms of care, maintenance and the exceptional benefits of these fine products.
