Incredible service - kind staff. They use great tech to help figure out your shoe size and arch height. They have extra wide sizes and lots of insole options. They also gave me a free pair of extra long laces. These are the best shoes I've ever had.
My left foot pinkie toe is rubbing against the steal causing my toe to turn purple. And on my right the back is rubbing against the back of my ankle causing it to tearing my skin. Very uncomfortable. They do not have 8.5 only 8 or 9. These are boots for my new job that they gave me a voucher for.. land o lakes. Very unsatisfied. Joey Begay

I love my supersole 2.0 boots plus Andrew kills it he helped me out with my supersole 2.0 and my Irish setters both are great boots

Wonderful work boots and even better staff. I work in a wet and chemical filled environment. I need boots that can take a beating and not pass the pain on to my feet. Bates has had my loyalty for years. It's what I knew from the military and if it isn't broke, you know? The stress test of 12 hour shifts for the last two weeks have left me satisfied and even a little impressed. I might have to switch my go to boot brand for wearing and recommending.
The manager helped us and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained why you measure both feet. My husband bought boots and is very pleased with the fit and the comfort. Especially with the inserts, he loves them!
Went in to get work boots, they didn't have the same type I had bought last time. I really liked that pair, so the man said he would look them up to see if he could order them for me, and he did! When i went back in to pick the boots up after a little bit of time, a woman helped me, she answered my questions about boot inserts. She had me stand on a pad that read my feet, then she explained to me what we were looking at and what it meant to me as far as where my feet had the most pressure. She suggested sole inserts that would benefit ME, and didn't steer me into the most expensive boot inserts. This place is awesome, the staff is great. If you need boots, go there. I will return yet again. This was my 3rd pair of boots I have bought from this location and I'm very happy with the staff and their willingness to accommodate their customers. Well done!
