Hands down best customer service experience ever. Oscar coolest dude, helped my bf and I find shoes that fits our work environment. We work at a factory and are on our feet all day and decided to invest on better work shoes. He used thier new feet sizing machine thingy and we ended up with the most comfortable footwear. Thanks for the help!
Really helpful staff, good selection of work boots and casual boots with most sizes available in my size. Prices to fit most budgets with the variety they have to offer. They have Red Wing and Irish Setter boots. All in all a great boot shop worth checking out.
If you need Work Boots, Steel Toe or other. -"Real man's work Boots....". This is the place to go. Not cheap, but excellent quality. -Ya get what you pay for....". Sales ladies, knowledgeable and helpful. Almost 2 years later, brought my Work Boots back for Repairs. When Redwing says "Lifetime Guarantee", they mean it! Kudos to the young Manager Dude, who saved me buying a new pair of Boots, at least for now......
The manager porsha was very uncooperative and unhelpful when trying to return boots. The boots were worn once to the Walmart and felt uncomfortable then they sat in a box until I could get to the store. She said she couldn't take the return because they were oily and obviously well worn. However the very helpful customer service lady made her take the return. I would recommend going to a different red wing store instead of this one
No matter which location I go to they are always helpful. I have been getting boots for my dad every Christmas for nearly 15 years here. The product is great along with the prices. Totally recommend it if you are in the trade business or just need a good boot!
Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of boots from the Streamwood location. While being sized the lady told me I should go a half size up because I was buying steel toe boots. I listened to her professional opinion and got the size that she recommended. I then asked if I could return the boots if I did not like the way they felt after a day or two since they were a size bigger. She told me yes absolutely come back within 30 days. Two days later I came in to exchange the boots for a smaller size and she told me that I could not return them. I then proceeded to tell her that per our conversation 2 days ago you said I would be able to exchange the boots. She responded with I never said that once you wear them they're yours. After this experience I will never shop here again. Now I'm stuck with $275 dollar boots that do not fit properly because I listen to the professional opinion of the store employee. Yet another reason why Red Wing is just not what it used to be.
Stopped by today and got me a pair of boots. Did not know much about what I was looking for but the older lady at the counter was able to help me pick the right boots for the job. The store is bit small and unless you looking googling for redwing I don't think you would see it from the road. I drove many times by this location and never thought they are in this plaza. Again great staff and show selection is decent however I got what I was looking for steal toe with metatarsal guard HARD TO FIND. Happy
What a 10 star impeccable experience. Oscar is who to look for. Definitely won’t catch me any place else. Awesome And appreciated.
