They went the extra mile to help me find the perfect boots. They have a scanner that detects weight and steps while walking to help narrow down the boots that fit best. They can also drop ship boots to your house or the store to try on anything they might not have in stock.

John is the man! One of the best service experiences I've ever had in sales in general, not exclusive to boots! That is not an exaggeration, I can promise you. My feet and myself are thankful and so very grateful for him and his service. Thank you, John!
Great shoes. I'm on my feet for work for more than 70 hours per week. Have worn nothing but Red Wing shoes for work for more than 20 years. The staff at this location are top notch. They always take time to insure each pair I purchase fit correctly. Will definately return.
Great customer service. A little bit pricey, but I would definitely return. I was a little bit upset that the boots I tried on had insoles that didn't come with the boots. Then I found out that they were another $55. The boots didn't fit very comfortably without them.
Maybe it was my appearance or time of day, I'm not sure, but I was very disappointed. I walked in about 20 minutes before close to buy my son a new pair of work boots. This would be the second pair of red wing boots for him. I was prepared to spend about $300 on a quality pair, however the one person working seemed really bothered by us coming in. Needless to say, my wife and I and my son all felt that we would not do business at this location due to how we felt based on the interaction that day. I would rather buy several "cheap work boots" than give them my business.

The best boots on the market. I have been wearing them for 20 years, and have been buying them from the Moline store the entire time. I went with 4 stars because they never have my boots or insoles in stock, and they have really gone up in price over the last 5-6 years.
This is the only place I buy footwear anymore. The service at Red Wing Shoes is far superior to those other shoe stores. If they don't have something in stock, they'll order it for you. Even replace your laces & insoles. They'll also perform maintenance, such as rubbing on mink oil for you.
