Poor customer service after 17 minutes being in store with no customer finally a employee came up to me to see if i needed help i said yes i would like irish setters in size 8 he said there are sold out and that's all he said. No checking on the back or calling other stores like harlingen location just bad customer service. Just close down that store and order on line it's cheaper. $194.99 at red wing store in Mcallen and online $164.99 with 2 day free shipping and free returns. Mcallen red wing store just pathetic.
Very rude service, gentleman at the store blamed me for the damage on the insoles after less than 20 days. This is the third time replacing them. Ive only had these boots for approximately 4 months and theyre trash.
Really bad service. The atender take me over 10 minutes waiting and next to me another customer come inside an go to help hem. I don't know he think I don't have money to pay o something.

I've been buying my boots through Redwing for the last four years with my employer and they've always been very helpful and knowledgeable. Staff is friendly and will suggest the right shoe/boot based on your needs.

Very knowledgeable Staff. Rudy is a well rounded, polite & professional Associate. When we walked in at Noon, They postponed their lunch to help us. An admirable gesture we don't find nowadays. I recommend the Irish Setter...a comfortable boot made for the working person. A Style you can use for the jobsite, ranch or in public. Good Things Are Made To Last!
