Deanna and David were very helpful, although I had to go to the reno location for exact inventory I wanted, they spent almost an hour with me going over options and fit sizes. Excellent location for your near taylor boot needs.

I went in to the Reno store looking for a specific shoe and size and they told me they didn’t have any.  I was told that I  couldn’t order any and ship them because it could be up to two years. I called this store in Carson after leaving the Reno store and Deanna went above and beyond to help me out. She said there were 7 in their warehouse but she could call up other stores to try and get me these boots quicker. I get a call back shortly after letting me know that they’re being shipped from Modesto to my house. Really appreciate the help

Never by boots here I bought a pair of Redwings 4 months ago and all they have done is fall apart I have no souls left my boots are torn and I've fallen and fractured my ankle I've never been to a hospital until I got these boots never buy them.

Andy was the greatest! Spent about an hour in there and left with amazing new work boots. Andy was very knowledgeable and very kind. He seemed to actually care about my comfort and listened to my concerns about my feet. I will definitely be returning when I need new boots again! Thank you Andy!

Awesome store with great service. My boyfriend has been needing some new work boots so we stopped by Redwings after an appointment nearby just to check out prices. The amazing scent of leather greeted us first as we walked in then the salesman Kevin second. Kevin was super helpful and knowledgeable. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kevin helped measure my boyfriends feet & check his arches on their cool little machine to ensure that he found the right fit specifically for him. We found a great pair for a fair price, and with the arch supports Kevin recommended the boots fit like they were made just for him so we decided not to wait and to just purchase from Kevin. Overall an awesome experience. It's a comfortable & cozy little store with personable & attentive salesman. I would definitely recommend heading in there to see Kevin for your next pair of work boots.

Carson city Red wing is the best place for work boots in Carson city. The store manager was absolutely the most helpful individual I've ever bought shoes from. I have bad feet and he took a half hour to size and setup the best boots for my line of work and for my foot shape and size. 100% will return.

Purchased a $350. Sold me on inserts and toe protector. Boots are ok. All I really needed after wearing them for a month was the inserts.  Boots were overpriced. When I complained about the total the clerk said,”well you get life time replacements on laces. About 6 month later I broke a lace and I called for replacement the clerk that answered the phone was totally rude and put me on hold, came back and took my number telling me he will return my call when he can because he had other customers. I still haven’t received a call back. I wonder if redwings still considers you a customer after you give them $350 for a pair of boots?  Apparently not.
