Red Wing Shoes

I came in during a footwear emergency. I had stepped on branch, my old shoes did not hold up to the branch and were badly skewered. I was upset at my old shoes, Judy and Chase's politeness was disarming. I got to hear Judy taking care of another customer like he was family when I came in. I knew when it came to be my turn she was going to be careful and considerate. Both Judy and Chase assisted me, I discussed my needs with chase and he helped me pick the perfect pair of shoes. I fully intend to set up an account and direct all of my employees towards these excellent work boots. I needed sturdy, high quality boots that will hold up to the miles I trek for my job. I intend to keep these boots for the entirety of their lifespan.

I had a issue with a almost year old pair of boots and brought them in for warranty and i was in and out in under 5 minutes with new boots it was great!

Two gentlemen helped pick out the best shoes for my employment duties. Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service and choice of products! Shoes have held up longer than any other brands I’ve tried. Quality and warranty is 100 percent worth it! Would absolutely recommend!

Website hours and posted store hours are different!!! So frustrating!!! Tried to visit on 1/14/23 after checking hours online, the door was locked and employees just looked at us. Unfortunately it makes it that much easier to shop online. Small businesses like this can’t stay in business when this is how they operate!!!

Red Wings are somewhat expensive, but well-made. This location offered good service. I had to exchange a pair for a larger size, I was told it may be six months, but they were able to get the new ones in less than two months, which was nice since there seems to be an "everything shortage" these days.

Sitting here at the store which is suppose to be open at 0930 and no one is here, called the store and no one answers phone. Not very good for buisness when the sign says your hours are from 0930 to 7pm M-F and this is Friday 5/7/21 at 0945 and no one in the store?

Absolutely love this store the customer service is above and beyond what is expected and extremely friendly. They are more then willing to work with you to find your fit and the boot that works for you. Would recommend this location 100x over anywhere else. The boots themselves pay for themselves they are top notch quality and comfortable as well as durable they are built to last with quality craftsmanship they are worth the larger price tag and they have become the only work boots I care to even look at! Highly recommended. And thank you very much for your years of service

Am I supposed to schedule a day off of work to be able to buy a pair of work boots?! What are these hours?!?! Closing at 3pm on Saturday and not even open on Sunday?

Very limited stock of women's work shoes and boots. Prices on the product on the shelves does not match what was charged at the register. The clerk stated he spent 4 hours changing prices and he did not know how it could not match. He refused to honor the price as it was on the shelf.
