**RedHead Trends Policies and Procedures**
1. When purchasing an item please comment with size, color, email address and any other identifying information. All items are first come first serve, once your invoice is received from us please pay within 24 hours.
2. Any invoice not paid in 24 hours with no contact for arrangements with Redhead Trends, will forfeit item and item will be invoiced to next customer in line.
3. Some of our products are "preorder" Redhead trends will notify or post which items to the best of our ability, so you are aware of shipping time frame.
4. Some items must have a certain quota met, before items are ordered, once quota is met you will be invoiced. If Quota is needed it will be indicated in post.
5. If an invoice is not received from Redhead Trends, item may not have met quota or you maybe on the waitlist for that item, you will be notified in such event.
6. Order and shipping time can very from 48 hours up to 8 weeks of the date of invoice and this will be vary dependent on vendor and shipping time. Once product is received by Redhead Trends it will be shipped to customer within 48 hours.
7. REFUND POLICY
Clearance or Sale Items
All Clearance Items are FINAL SALE. Any promotional/flash sale items with a discount of 25% off or more cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. All sales are final on earrings, seamless bottoms, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear. This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions on these items.
Store Credit
All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY, absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS. Items must be received within 30 business days of receiving the order to get a store credit. Anything after that will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get it back to you. If you choose not to pay shipping charges to get it back to you, your items will be donated to charity after 30 days. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your customer account . With Refunds and returns you will need a tracking number in case of delayed return shipment or for an item that was not received back by Redhead Trends. All return shipping cost will be paid by customer
If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in. Damage to the shoe box make the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to return shipping cost.
Please note that store credits will never expire!
Defective Items
If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 3 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to get a replacement. We will always honor the quality of a product, but it must be in new condition.
Clothing Care
Please keep in mind many boutique clothes are not made for normal wash cycles, if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please follow washing instructions as we are not responsible for items that are not properly washed. If there are any questions regarding the care of your product please contact us.
