Lived here for 3+ years and it has gotten worse every year with new management. Gates are constantly broken, spends so much time making the outside of the apartments look good but have all kinds of problems on the inside. Rodent and insect problem, shower pressure and shower temperature issues, claim they are doing maintenance work but give you no time to prepare and let’s be honest there’s no difference before or after they work on something. Please if you can fine another place to live with better customer service and a living situation please do so!! It’s not worth it. They take days to respond back to a work order so by time they come we’ve already fixed it on our own.

I had the absolute BEST experience with Ali Diaz. I was in a spot where I had to move within 1 week. Ali went above and beyond to take care of me and met my needs! I do have to mention that there was/is a rude woman that also works in the office that I had to deal with and wasn’t very happy with unfortunately. People are going through many things and to have to deal with someone like hernot Ali can really bring a person to their breaking point. I know that God had Ali intervene and take care of me. She is definitely one in a million. I wholeheartedly think Everyone can use an Ali in their lives. She is the best!!!

The dogs pops spread all around our apartment entrance and it looks like managers are not going to fix this problem. Take a picture, who is doing that, this is what they said. We should pay for living here and also solve all our problems by ourselves. The air heater is unfixable and nobody cares that it’s cold in winter nights here.

Leased a studio here for 2 years. Disgruntled after 1 year but renewed bc of location near my work LLUMC. That being said, this was the last straw i never leave reviews but I need to  voice my concerns or else I’m going to lose it since no one seems to be leaving negative reviews about this place and it is not a fair assessment.  Reasons to not live here: 1 The buildings are falling apart and they just “repaint” the outside to try and make it look new but don’t actually fix anything. I just lost hot water for 24 hours, “emergency” hotline doesn’t even respond within 14 hours or so, I had to go to the leasing office in person to actually complain for them to do anything. This is typical of this management. Not to mention that some buildings did not have hot water for like weeks. 2 When I go there they say “it’s your fault” for not placing the work order online, instead of apologizing for “inconveniencing” the tenant with not providing basic necessity like hot water I pay rent every month. This management basically approaches you as just a source of money/income, does not really care about the tenants. 3 the ‘amenities’ are non-existent. They said they would remodel the gym etc and it’s been closed for 2 months or so with no progress. Oh not to mention the pool when it was open always had dead bugs and leaves in it. 4 The maintenance crew is extremely unprofessional. They leave dangerous sharp objects laying around the ground children live here. They do half-a**ed jobs which temporize but never fix the problem. They promised to do multiple things for my apartment and they never get done, and I just gave up bc it is so draining to ask 3 times for something and have it not get done 5 The standard is extremely low. We had a burst sewage pipe. THey took about 48 hours to fix that, so we had sewage just flowing freely in front of our apartment for 2 days. Cherry on top is they fix the pipes, but they leave the feces/toilet paper just laying there on the side walk. Guess what? That toilet paper was crusted onto the side walk until this recent storm situation in California January 2023, our pipes broke in November 2022 lol!  TLDR: management does not care about tenants. Their mentality is “we are letting you live here” not “thank you for choosing to stay here”. Buildings are falling apart, basic necessities such as hot water are intermittently unavailable. Maintenance crew is very unprofessional leave dangerous objects laying outside on the grass where kids could easily get injured. Amenities are sad/not even available.  Giving 2 stars bc of location near LLUMC and DTR and access to highway 10.

I've enjoyed living in this beautiful community for several years now. The office staff is very welcoming and ensure that maintenance requests are promtly handled.

We have lived her for a year and a half. We have the two master bedroom suites. We love the amenities! Tennis courts, pools, jacuzzi and playgrounds are all fabulous. The dog park is an added bonus even though we don’t have puppies it was a treat to visit with them. The office is efficient and always helpful. It’s a pleasure to live here

This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Bar none. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.  The apartment itself is constantly in need of maintenance. Things are always breaking down. Management doesn’t care enough to make these apartments decent to live in. Case in point: I’ve been living with cockroaches since November, they are everywhere and they have not gone away despite cleaning and setting up roach traps. It has made my apartment entirely disgusting and unlivable. I’ve made several complaints about it to management and they have still yet to take care of the problem, despite taking $4 from me anyways as “pest control” every month which you have to pay but need to request for it to get done, something I didn’t know until just recently  The price you pay for what you don’t get is absurd, and management will try to squeeze as much money from you as possible. Do NOT give your money to these people, they’re crooks and they will repeatedly ignore and overlook your concerns.

This is the nightmare. The best place for those who like to smell dogs pop around. The best place for those who love to pay for everything broken and unfixable. The best place for those who like to pretend that everything is ok. I’ll never make this mistake again. And hope you too.

Initial Review Posted in Fall 2021: A new management company took over this property in September 2021. For readers, I would disregard reviews prior to that date. Unfortunately, the new management company and property management team is pretty terrible. The issues predate the most recent Omicron surge. Maintenance around the entire property is almost non-existent. The property is more filthy than ever. Security is non-existent. The property management staff is unresponsive and if you do get a hold of them, don't expect a useful response. Hope that nothing goes wrong with your unit as you'll never get any help. I would not recommend living here. - Current Resident  Updated Review Fall 2022: I have now moved out of this apartment complex. Initially, I gave the property a one star rating as reflected above. I have updated it to three stars. The management has made strides in improving the upkeep and maintenance of the property, including a repainting project. Management is more proactive and responsive to inquiries. For example, I was incorrectly deducted charges on my security deposit and while it took a few e-mails, eventually these charges were properly updated. Security seems improved, though could still be safer. Issues that remain include: maintenance requests taking significant time to be filled, close to $100 in various fees on top of rent, filthy dog pop and trash remain an issue, but improved, inefficient appliances heating/cooling, and a price gauging internet provider spectrum.

Run down apartments, jacuzzi spa looks dirty. Came to use the soccer pitch today with a resident, the other residents and their friends were using it as a dog park despite there being an empty allocated dog park next to it!
