Redline Functional Fitness strives to be the best part of your day, everyday! Through premium, hands-on coaching in a small group environment, workouts will be customized specifically for YOU to accommodate any fitness level or body restriction you may have.
We will program the workouts to keep your body guessing, so you don't plateau in your fitness journey. Workouts will have a balanced combination of strength and cardio, and you will never have to spend time deciding on what to do at the gym, or whether what you choose will work.
Our primary focus is to help our members safely perform functional body movements that are essential in making daily life activities easier and possible.
Class times:
Monday through Thursday: 6am, 4pm, 5:15pm, 6:30pm
Friday: 4pm, 5:15pm
