Had a first visit here and everything went great. Everyone was beyond friendly to me, from front desk staff to my dentist himself. My hygienist, Anita, was phenomenal. She was both super-efficient and made sure I was never in discomfort. Really thankful to have a great team so conveniently located.
Chose this dentistry because they had close to 5 stars rating on either Google or Yelp. Was pretty good until recent. Saw 3 different dentists and hygienist in last 3 times. Last few times, the hygienists are very heavy handed. That’s when I started thinking about changing. The last straw happened in last visit, the hygienist said I can do a small surgery to cut the part under the tongue I’m not sure the name so that “my tongue can move free”. Hello! If I speak and use my tongue fine for this many years, my tongue does not need surgery!
I have been going here for a few years now and every time I go I have felt so cared for. The whole staff is so warm and friendly. This last time I had an emergency situation with a very painful inflamed gum. Dr. Lan and Mya were so wonderful and made me feel at ease. I was able to get in that same day!! By the next day I was felling 100% better!! Highly recommend them!!!! You won't be disappointed!!
My wife and I went for a cleaning and we were told, to our surprise, that we wouldn't be seeing our dentist today only the hygienist. This was not made aware at the time of booking. When I asked why that was the case, the lady at the front desk responded with "In this country, it's normal that you don't see a dentist for a cleaning". I'm exactly not sure what she meant by "In this country", perhaps it was a remark towards my skin color or an assumption that as an immigrant I would not know about the level of care I should expect from my Dentist. I doubt that we will return here based on our interaction today, which is a shame because the two dentists Dr. Yu and Dr. Prasanna that we've previously seen were wonderful to work with. PS: Apparently they are booked out for cleanings until February. While it may be true, I find it hard to believe because when they had a mix-up on their end, they were able to find two back-to-back cleaning slots for us, for a date that was days apart from our original date.
Do not go there & let me tell you why! This is the worst place if you want quality work & if you want to see the same provider at all the time! I’ve been a patient here many years but I think I am done after seeing many dentists and hygienists come and go within a short period of time! Even receptionists don’t last working there. Becky is most of the time rude to handle a simple matter over the phone or in person. My schedule constantly getting canceled due to no staff! Since Dr.YU left this practice, I’ve seen two new dentist named Dr.lan & Dr.Ho who basically have no clue what they are talking about and very hard to understand. They always work on you with no assistant and seems very stressed and overworked! That makes me doubt the quality of their work. I also recently was informed that my beloved hygienist Sara is gone too. Sara was the kindest, most gentle, professional and caring hygienist I’ve ever had at this place and so sad to see her gone! She was a darling. This place is no longer where I want to go for continuing care since every time I have to deal with new providers and changes or get a call to get re-scheduled. Seems like they don’t value their employees enough so they keep losing them! I will go to my husband’s dentist and will never regret my decision, specially now that my hygienist Sara & my favorite dentist Dr.Yu are both gone for god knows what reason! That’s all red flag for me and I do not support this kind businesses! Now it’s up to you if you wanna give them a chance to work in mouth or not! Good luck!
It has always been a good experience visiting here. The staff is friendly and the advice provided I have found to be right. They have taken care of my dental needs for the past 4 years and I plan to continue going to them in the future.
I have been going to Redmond Way Dentistry for almost three years now and I have to say I adore the dentists and staff here. They're always so kind and make it a point to have conversations with me and make me feel at home. They've definitely taken away some of the anxiety I had toward going to the dentist. No matter what dentist I have seen, everyone has done amazing work. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Redmond area :
I have been going here for 4 years, they are the best dentistry ever and that’s saying something, I’ve had a lot of dental work done in my life! Today I had a 100% painless filling removal/replacement. I have dental anxiety and the staff helped me feel calm and ready for the procedure. The staff always tell me what I can do to keep my teeth healthy, they even prescribed me a special toothpaste for sensitive teeth and NOW I CAN EAT ICE CREAM without pain. For COVID precautions, things are very clean, the waiting room is socially distant, face masks and shields for staff, I felt very safe going to my appointment. The staff are personable and kind, I wouldn’t go to any other dentist!
My husband and I have been patients at Redmond Way Dentist for almost five years. I feel confident in giving them a 5-star rating and would 10/10 recommend the place to everyone. I have had cleaning, fillers and even a crown made with them and never had a bad experience. The doctors always make me feel relaxed and calm, the hygienists and front desk staffs are nothing but competent, helpful and super friendly.
My husband and I have been going to Redmond Way Dentistry for two years. We moved 40 minutes away but continue to make the drive for dentist appointments rather than find a closer dentist because we like them so much. We’ve both had negative experiences with other dentists but we haven’t had any problems here. I’ve liked every dental hygienist I’ve had and always feel taken care of. They also always directly tell me what everything will cost and what is required or optional without pressuring me into unnecessary procedures/ products etc. Maybe one day we will switch to a closer dentist, but for now it’s worth the drive to have a dentist that we like and know we can trust.
