Located on the shore of Lake Hefner in Oklahoma City, this location celebrates the sunset nightly with the ringing of our bell and the hand clapping of our guests. We're proud to feature our stuffed poblano along with signature dishes including Persimmon Hill meatloaf, Redrock salad with rotisserie chicken and our house-made key lime pie. Beautiful restaurant located right on the lake by the lighthouse. The view is breathtaking. The food is also really delicious and reasonably priced. We had the stuffed peppers for the appetizer. for meals we ordered the Thai steak salad, bbq pork ribs, shrimp scampi, and a side of chicken. All very TASTY! However, the service was average. I didn’t like that I had 1 server start us out and then another take over… not a change of shift thing. The staff seemed busy and I witnessed 2 run ins where trays fell and glasses shattered on the floor. The women’s bathroom has 2 stalls and does not close properly and is located right by the kitchen. Having complete view of the dirty kitchen with soaking floors was honestly gross to see. Glad I saw all that after we ate and headed out. The sunset was nice to watch!
This is our spot. We enjoy the food and atmosphere next to the lake. Great for eating and watching the sun set. For us, the experience encourages in-depth conversation with those you are dining with. Definitely recommend the "Something Chocolate" dessert. It is fantastic!
On Tuesday, we went to Redrock Canyon Grill restaurant, and the restaurant was full of people, which means people really enjoy the place. The waiting time was only a few minutes. At this restaurant they have really good menu and the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. After our dinner we could enjoy the nature around. The location on a lake is just amazing, especially when it was a sunset.
Always a great time. Love the inside bar staff. The staff at the outside bar didn't want to serve me and totally ignored me. I went inside and they were pleasant and greeted me right away. Other than that we enjoy coming. Items are a bit pricy but it's good. Food: 5/5
My boyfriend and I went here for dinner and we had a great experience. We both got steaks, which were phenomenal. Mine was a little too pink for my liking but they made sure to get it fixed for me. Food was delicious and came out quickly. Our server provided amazing service. We will definitely be returning. We went right at sunset and it was gorgeous. 10/10 experience!
Our first time here. We love it. I ordered Hawaiian Ribeye with grilled squash and zucchini, and it was delicious Food: 5/5
This is definitely a very nice “special occasion” restaurant. Meals, service and location are all excellent. Menu does seem limited, but ask your waitperson about “off the menu selections”. Unless you are a really big eater, plan on taking home leftovers or if you can agree, share a plate.Food: 5/5
The food was excellent and timely. The menu was the perfect size. The location is beautiful, with outdoor fire seating and a lake view. The staff were polite and the seating wasn't too long. Needed the Yelp app to check when the seat became available. If you don't have it, you might want it. It is a great romantic date or dinner location.
Loved it! This is one of my top 5 favorite restaurants in Oklahoma City... the view is amazing inside and outside, the drinks are pretty good ive been for brunch and the mimosas were great, the service was good from the servers didnt see a manager, and last but not least the food was great the appetizer was great calamari and ill definitely be back to try other entrées! Kid-friendliness: My son loves it! Parking: Big parking lot.. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access available..
Good food, nice ambience. I left here stuffed. The deviled eggs were far too sweet. They need to make customers aware they put sugar in particular savory items, my diabetic husband could not eat it. Calamari was nice, but I’ve had better. I liked my main dish of Mahi-Mahi. It was cooked perfectly and the whole meal was very flavorful. I’d say it’s a nice place for a special occasion. I don’t think I’d come here as an often thing, you can get just as high quality food at more affordable places.
