Not open or answering the phone during business hours.

Went in there few minutes ago looking for a part for a mobility scooter the day before 4th of July so my step grandad could get around the upcoming festival. They thought we had the right part but it wasn't quite right... They tried So hard to help try and make the part work but gave us a temporary fix in hopes it works and said if it doesn't work, we can take the part back and they will order the part we need.. They went above and beyond to try and help us.

Horrible, horrible service. These guys couldn’t fix a vintage receiver, but instead of calling me and letting me know they sat on it for 4 months and never gave a phone call. Pathetic experience. Send your electronics out of town!
