Very limited selections. Most items can be purchased from the Reebok's website at the same prices or even cheaper with deals, codes, etc. and can be delivered home at no extra cost. Although, staff were friendly and the store was very clean, even while under a little construction/renovation.

Had a great time with my mother in law. So fun and we were attended to with the kindest employee Tahmid. He was new but so helpful. Loved it.

Staff are super friendly and if they have what you want the deals are usually pretty good. Remember it's the outlet though so your color preferences don't really matter ;

Great service. Decent selection. Good shoe. Last one lasted me 2 years, 4 times the length of most other shoes I've bought in the past. I'm very rough on my feet so two years is a very long time.

Nicely laid out selection of shoes. Very helpful staff. I bought 2 pairs of extra wide shoes. I love that they some nice choices! I got the 2 pairs for $80, then added a 6 pack of socks for an additional $5. Less than $1 per pair!

The shoes sizes on the clearance wall are a mess. Nothing is in order like it used to be, I don’t know who took over this store, but it’s unorganized. The staff is polite just kind of hard to shop when items aren’t in order.

I asked a sales clerk about 60% discount and he said it applied to posted price. After I spent 30 minutes picking our a pair I liked and trying them on, I was told " oh that discount doesn't apply to these." Also plan on getting a size bigger than you normally wear.

My visit here was great. Had to return an online purchase and the man who helped me, made the process as smooth as silk. He eased very professional and a credit too the company. The store was clean and well stocked. The layout of the store is very modern and the prices were very affordable. I look forward to shopping here soon.

Dear Reebok Corporate, if we never had to go back to seek an exchange our initial review would have been full stars based on our first experience with Francesca. Unfortunately our return trip for a standard exchange was polar opposite with the most unprofessional exhibit of customers service by manager Kenneth and his cohort. We went to exchange a week old purchase for a wider version of the same shoe and we were told we could not exchange the shoe because it was worn. Granted at the time of purchase we clarified with the cashier the return is possible as long as it's within 60 days and presented the receipt. Kenneth and his minion stipulated the cashier we dealt with was new and this is not the company policy. Obviously our tones shifted to being more assertive as this was not what we expected to be told. Kenneth a very young kid who must have never seen an upset customer responded by threatening to call security. This obviously set things way beyond what we needed. We asked to speak to the store manager but were initially told she was on a conference call. She eventually came out and honored an even exchange. This very sour experience has made this our second and absolute very last time we will set foot in that location. We will be reporting our experience to Corporate and will not stop until some recourse has been executed in regards to Kenneth. On our first experience we would have become happy Reebok shoppers but now our future disposable income will certainly permanently go elsewhere.
