I was so disappointed with the service we received from Jacqueline. I had to call for every piece of information regarding my Mom’s cremation, service and times and when it’s your Mom this can cause undue stress. There was literally no communication unless I called her on every step which spanned a month. We have always used Reed in the past, 1977, 1979, 2015 & now 2022 and I will never use Reed again. Ever.

Reed Funeral Home, and in particular Mike Planey, made a very difficult time in our lives a little easier. He could not have been more helpful and compassionate throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
