I wish that I could give them 10 stars, I dropped off my Dad's Knights of Columbus uniform to be dry clean and ask how long it will take because I was going to bury my Dad in it in 5 days. They told me that they would get it cleaned and returned to me ASAP and give me a call when it was ready. 30hoirs after I dropped it off it was ready for pickup and it looked amazing. They handed it to me with a receipt that said BALANCE $0.00 "SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS" Their facial expression told me that they meant it to!

I was a customer of Reeder's in Jeff, then the Clarksville location, for many years. I dropped off a sweater that was in perfect condition and picked it up ruined. Unfortunately, the owner refused to take responsibility, so I will not return.
Great service, had a uniform dry cleaned there. Employees were friendly and the uniform was lovely.
Our cleaning bill was $199.00 today. That’s about what we was thinking it would be. They did a bad job on ironing. There’s so many wrinkles on the shirts. Some will need to be ironed before they can be wear. Don’t mind paying for services. We don’t like paying for service that we will have to redo. I will add pictures tomorrow
