Reedy High School Sapphire dance team members are first and foremost representatives of their school and community. They must exemplify behavior suitable to their position of leadership. The purpose of the Sapphire Dance Team are as follows:
- To serve as a performing group representing Frisco ISD and Reedy High School throughout the community and state.
- To boost the morale and spirit of Reedy High School.
- To develop character, leadership, respect for authority, and healthy living habits.
Important goals of the Sapphire program are to give dancers direction in developing self-discipline, responsibility, pride, loyalty, leadership, teamwork, respect for authority, and healthy living habits.
