When i lost my son on July 21st 2023, i knew right away that i wanted Reeves to handle his funeral. My brother passed 14 years ago and my family was very pleased with their services. Nicole was very attentive to my needs as well as other family members. The care she took with my son was, in my opinion, that of a mother. She bathed him, dressed him, talked to him, even took the time to ask me how i wanted his facial hair. I will never forget how kind, compassionate, and respectful she was during the hardest time i could ever imagine. There was a different director when my brother passed but in both instances we felt very taken care of and that we were not just a customer. Thankyou to Reeves Funetal Services and Nicole for their outstanding care of both the deceased as well as the living left behind.

I lost my son a few months ago and I struggled finding a funeral home that made me feel the most comfortable. I called many places but once I spoke to Nicole I knew that was the place for us. Nicole not only took care of us but she took care of my son. She dressed him for us, bathed him, and talked to him while preparing him for the viewing. I will never forget how she treated my family.

Reeves funeral home was very helpful with the arrangements for our family member. Amanda, Kyanda, Nicole and Harold were pleasant, professional, friendly and caring during the entire process, start to finish. They were with us every step of the way and we appreciate them very much. We informed them of what we wanted and they made it happen. They contacted everyone that needed to be involved so we didn't have that extra stress. A special shout out to Kyanda for serving us coffee at the end of a long day.. It was just what we needed!

Reeves Funeral Home really made the experience of burying my husband so much easier. They administered Exceptional, Professional service along with Curtesy and Care. Thanks to Nicole Henderson my neighbor, for her love and professionalism in taking care of my husband, Clarence Smith funeral services. He loved her and her family. . I thank the entire staff for their support.

Nicole is such a compassionate person. She guided our family with patience and respect through the painful process of choosing the correct funeral plan for our mom, keeping constant communication with us. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt at peace at the moment of the service at church by taking from her own personal time when schedule did not work in our favor. All the personnel showed great compassion and treated my mom with the dignity that she deserved. My family and I will be grateful forever.

Kyle and staff were very professional during arrangements, reaching out with any questions or offering any help if we needed. Reeves Funeral Home did an excellent job with ensuring that his uniform was proper and all other arrangements were taken care of to help with this time in transition.

Nicole made this experience unforgettable! She was professional, compassionate, expedient, gentle, & made the process easy & smooth so we could focus on grieving and supporting one another. The photo book provided for the family at the end which includes any uploaded photos & special memories shared on the memorial website by friends & family who could not come to the service in person was beautiful beyond words. It was like being walked though the process by someone who cared like family, very different from the sterile professionalism seen at another funeral home years ago elsewhere.
