Hola! I am a newly licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor, but I have been living and loving the Zumba party since the fall of 2010. When I first started this journey, I was in a size 20, out of shape, and knowing that I needed to make a change. Since I began this Zumba addiction, I have lost approximately 60 pounds; dropped 4 sizes; made a ton of wonderful new friends; and become a happier, healthier person. I am so excited that I now have the opportunity to help others reach their goals, while I continue to reach my own. I am currently teaching at Christ Fit Gym on Tuesday nights at from 5:30-6:30 and at Fit Nation on Thursday evenings from 6:15-7:15pm. Christ Fit Gym runs on donations, so these classes are free. You can also find me at Asbury Methodist on Monday nights from 5:30-6:30 with Lisa Arendell and Reneau Youngblood. I will also be subbing for other instructors locally, so "like" my page to keep up with scheduling. No experience needed, and no judgment here!
