Went here for the first time today to have my hair cut and styled. Joanne was super friendly and helped me determine a style that would suit me best. I would definitely recommend and am looking forward to booking another appointment in the future!Services: Haircut

I have black hair and wanted a change- brown highlights or something like that.... When I googled hair salons in that area and saw the great reviews, I decided to give it a shot. Well, I am SO GLAD I did!! Joanne not only did an amazing job on my hair, but she has an awesome personality! She and Jacky are very personable and made me feel so comfortable. Joanne took the time to go over options with me, showed me samples, and gave me her thoughts. When we were done, I loved my hair! I ended up scheduling another appointment for my roots. A few days later, I called Joanne and made an appointment for my mom's haircut. Once again, when I took my mom, Joanne did not disappoint. She did a fabulous job giving my mom a stylish short haircut! I would totally recommend her- trust me, I am very picky.Service: Hair coloring

As a first time customer I must say Joanne is just phenomenal! She cut and even showed me how to style my hair. The atmosphere was good and Joanne is so personable and friendly. I’m very pleased and satisfied with my results, I will be returning in the future for more services!

I had been looking for a good salon for quite some time and I came across Reflections. From the first phone call, JoAnn was such a sweetheart. She worked with me on the phone to try to fit me into her schedule for an event I had coming up. When I went in for my appointment, JoAnn was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. Not to mention I am in love with my hair! She did such an amazing job on the cut and the color is exactly what I wanted!

Joanne is great! I am growing out a pixie and have received some bad layering jobs in between by different people but Joanne cut my hair perfectly! She was very friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted! So glad to finally have my hair a even length!

I was looking for a hair salon and came across Reflections. Let me say that I was skeptical at first due to having previous bad hair dyes and cuts else where. Coming here and meeting Joanne and Absolutely transforming my hair hair made me extremely happy. I showed Joanne a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. I was looking for good hair salons around Cumberland, RI and found Reflections. I’m very happy I gave a try at Reflections for coloring and highlight of my hair. Joanne did a beautiful transformation of my very black hair to brown with highlights. She is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I’m very happy with my new look. Had my hair cut with Joanne for the first time yesterday, she is a lovely lady and did a very good job of cutting my hair.

I had an appointment booked with Joanne today, and upon arriving, I was greeted in a warm, friendly manner. Very welcoming atmosphere from the start of my appointment to the very end of my visit. Joanne listened to my hair concerns and gave me her professional opinion and I am very pleased with the outcome of our appointment. I went in with very long, heavy, dull, and frizzy hair and left with a beautiful, shiny and light haircut full of gorgeous layers. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend. I am looking forward to booking another appointment very soon.
