I've always had a massive amount of anxiety going to any dentist because of the amount of work that needs done to my teeth and how painful they are, but after just the initial visit, I feel incredibly confident I'm in good hands. Every member of the staff here are kind, helpful with questions, accommodating, gentle, and friendly. I'll be recommending Refresh to my friends for sure!
Dr. Ryan and his staff do excellent work and they put patients at ease throughout the process. In retrospect I wish I would have went sooner instead of right before he retired. Wherever his staff goes on to will undoubtedly be top shelf too.
Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at the dentist. The staff is very courteous and caring and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They had no problems answering any questions I had with my x-rays or just in general. The woman that did my x-rays and cleaned my teeth was fantastic and the dentist himself was great. overall I would definitely recommend Refresh dental to everyone and I have referred everyone I know to Refresh. You won't find a better dentist anywhere. I really appreciate all they've done for my entire family. Thank you Refresh Dental!!!
Dr.Ryan and his team have been very patient with me! I had a lot of dental work over the past 2 months. Dr.ryan listens to me. I love this dental team! He pulled a tooth for me. He is very patient and kind. I would recommend him to anyone! He doesn’t treat me any different because of my health insurance. They are the best dentist I have been to in a very long time!
I was seen at the Refresh Dental office in Sebring, Ohio. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The staff was very respectful and comforting as they explained everything that I would be having done prior to seeing the dentist. Once the xrays were done , I met Dr. Ryan. Usually I'm a white knuckling type patient but when I met Dr. Ryan and he explained the extent of the dental work I needed I felt at ease. All prices and insurance coverage were gone over with me. The next appointment was set up. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant..
I have no idea how this office got anything but a 5 star review. I will need extensive dental work and I felt the staff and especially Dr. Ryan were so respectful and non-judgmental. The staff was courteous, sweet, and gave excellent explanations on the things I'd be getting done. The last thing Dr. Ryan said before I left was "We will get your smile back". A+++. I will be posting before and after photos on this post next week.
Dr. Ryan is by far a great dentist, he cares about how the patient is doing all throughout any procedure, any discomfort, anything at all, he actually cares about his patients. Allie is a blast to be around, she can joke with the best of them, she makes sure that the patient is comfortable, very professional in her atmosphere and job. A great team Dr. Ryan has on his staff. Thank you for a great job.
Staff was very friendly n helpful. Was concerned about my needs n listened to me. Dr Ryan was very patient, help me decide what was best for, very helpful , and understanding. Everyone was very efficient, didn't have to sit n wait. My experience was very pleasant and would recommend them to anyone.
From the moment you walk in to this cozy and quaint dentists office, you feel comfortable. The receptionists, dental assistants, and the amazing Dr Ryan all have incredible patient relations care! They listen to you, work very kindly with your teeth health, and by far negate any mentality of “fearing the dentist”. They exceedingly meet both emotional, and heath related needs when you become a patient of theirs. I have had incredibly TERRIBLE experiences with dentists throughout my 3 decades, and finally have found a place that I trustingly am happy to go and have my dental needs met. Thank you Dr Ryan and Staff for being incredible!
I was severely disappointed. I read these great reviews and unfortunately did not have the best experience. After waiting 30 minutes after my appointment time they rushed me in for my routine cleaning. The dental hygienist spent SEVEN MINUTES! Only seven minutes doing a quick clean and a rushed floss. This was the fastest and least thorough cleaning I have ever had. Sadly, my husband had a very similar experience as well. We will not be returning and will not be suggesting this location as a dentist to anyone.
