Refresh Dental

The people there have always been extremely nice to me. I can't speak on the new dentists that work there now but a couple years ago I had a root canal and cap done and there was pretty much no pain, those dentists have since moved elsewhere and they brought new ones in. I hope they are as good as the last one that worked on me. The employees at the front desk are also awesome. I will continue to return there for sure.

This office and it's employees are wonderful! The girl who checked me in was so friendly and helpful. And the nurse was really nice too. The dentist was very thorough and made me feel comfortable. She mapped out a game plan for my problem. I am very pleased.

I'm terrified by the dentist, but the experience I had at refresh was completely different than all the other places I've been. The staff is very welcoming and caring. The dentist is very gentle and makes sure to ask if you're doing ok multiple times during a procedure. I had 2 fillings done yesterday and have zero pain today. I highly recommend this place!!

Love, love, love this practice. Lacey, the receptionist is so warm and friendly!!!!! Lexie did my cleaning and it was hands down the most gentle cleaning I have ever had. She rocked it!!! I was cold and she even brought me a blanket! The office manager, Gena, was so understanding and knowledgeable regarding my finance options. And of course Dr. Mary is so sweet and really cares about the health of your teeth! I recommend this place to everyone reading this!! I have found my dental home!

I've had bad experiences with dentist, my anxiety through the roof. When I went to Refresh it was due to wisdom tooth pain and the dentist was great with me, she explaining what should be done and I then felt comfortable with the decision to extract them. I've NEVER had any of my teeth pulled but the gentleman who extracted them was amazing as well it went sooo much easier than I expected Her, her bubbly staff made me feel absolutely comfortable being there, they're not fake people SOO glad I go there.

I scheduled an appointment with Refresh Dental, I put gave them my insurance to see if they were in network. The representative said to call in a week two days before my appointment and they would know if I was in network. I get a call for reminding me of my appointment, I ask if my insurance is approved. The lady on the phone says I have to call back and get a representative to answer. I did and the representative proceeds to send me back to the same lady who said they couldn't help me. She tells me they are closed today, which is odd because if I needed to cancel it would have been no later than today. So I recall their representative line to find out they can not check insurance,all they can do is schedule. They asked why I couldn't just call my insurance company, my insurance specifically states to check with the dentist office to see if they are in network. Long story short don't waste your time here. They obviously don't have the time for you. I waited a whole week to find out they couldn't even be bothered to check to see if they were in network.

As a previous customer of Maple Creek, which was horrible there. I was really afraid to try Refresh Dental of Kokomo. My experience was extremely great. My anxiety was going ballistic and I could hardly sign the papers. Yet, after a few minutes, I felt very calm , due to dentist. Then, it was a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone. Great experience!!!

Good service hygienist and general check up but be prepared to wait if you are on time, and re-schedule if you are late.

The staff are all very kind, courteous, and caring. They were able to get me an initial exam scheduled very quickly, despite Covid & weather. They were very thorough in my exam, the best I've seen so far. They gave me a comprehensive dental plan covered by my insurance with no cost to me. They also have the best Covid prevention protocol I've seen so far.

In town from Florida and had an issue with my tooth. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in short notice and very professional during my visit. If I lived here they would be my permanent dentist. Thank you to all of you. Your amazing.
