AMAZING SERVICE!!! I have been calling everywhere for a nebulizer machine since my broke and my son recently was having a problem breathing due to bad allergies. I live in Florida City and being desperate we called places in Broward too, but luckily, my husband called this pharmacy store and they had a nebulizer in stock, but they closed in 10 mins at 8 pm and we were not going to make it on time. The man said to come tomorrow morning, but when I mentioned it was for my son without hesitation he said come now and we will wait. They waited and I got the nebulizer! Thank you! GRACIAS!!!!

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. Do not order from their website because: a- you won't receive your order and b- it'll take you forever to get a refund and you'll have to call them a million times threatening to take legal action before they do anything about it. Let me tell you what happened to me. On Dec 1st I put in an order on their website, a few days pass, then a week, then two, and I still haven't received my order. I decide to call them and ask why I haven't received my order yet. I talk first to a woman who's only answer is "the person who's in charge of the online orders is not here, call tomorrow". I call the next day, and I get the same answer, at this point I demand to have this person call me as soon as they get back to the office. The lady takes my name, order and phone number and assures me they'll call me by the next day at the latest. 3 days pass and nobody has contacted me so I call again and this time I ask to speak to a manager, I'm angry and upset this time because my order was meant as a Christmas gift for my husband and at this point I know I won't get it on time. They put me on the phone with a gentleman called Mauricio, he's very polite and professional unlike the lady who picked up the phone every time I called, who is rude, unprofessional and doesn't even speak good English. I tell him about what happened and ask for a refund. He gives me the same answer I've been given 3 times at this point: the person who is in charge of the online orders is not there, but he promises me he'll live a note on their desk and make sure she calls me by the end of the day. Guess what? 2 more days pass and nobody has called me!!! I call again, ask to speak to Mauricio, this time I'm really angry. He tells me that he did leave a note and he doesn't know why the person in charge of online orders who apparently is also the owener hasn't called me yet. He assures me I'll get my money back, that someone will call me. At this point I'm so angry and disappointment that I decide to give up, I tell him I've never received such poor customer service in my life ever before. He's professional and apologetic but he can't/won't offer a solution. Nobody ever called me, they ended up giving me a refund on Christmas Eve, 24 days and 5 phone calls after I put in my order. The owever of this "business" should be ashed of themselves, if you're incable of providing a service guess what? You probably shouldn't have an online store. Worst customer service ever, I'll make sure to tell everybody I know about what happened to me so they don't waste their time and money with these people.
