Unprofessional and mathematically inaccurate in both accounting acumen and meeting CRA filing deadlines. Elaine, Reg Marsh daughter is bookkeeping sloppy and untimely in filing taxes etc We were met with hefty penalties due to her ineptitude Reg Marsh is not affiliated with any governing body and refuses to pay the CRA fees that they are responsible for creating for our small company Strongly advise against using Reg Marsh and Associates

I have been using reg Marsh and associates for a few years now. I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very punctual and quick with filing my taxes and getting me a return! Will continue to be a client for the years to come!

If i could give 0 stars I would. This company is very unethical and EXTREMELY UNPROFFESIONAL! Elaine made a mistake with my taxes and will not correct her mistake nor admit it. Not only that, her father the owner explained that they don't care and that we can call it even because I used to own a fitness company in the past and I "supposedly" owe him money for a fitness membership he purchased, during the time when my business was transferred to someone else. That it extremely unethical and will file a complaint with CPA.

We have been going to Reg and Elaine for more years than I can count. He did something with my dads taxes two years ago and since then my dad has been getting calls from CRA. My dad has since found a new accountant and has been trying to reach out to Reg and Elaine, my dad has called and so have I with no response from them. We have reported him to CRA and are very sad to have had to do this. Everything is all messed up with my dads taxes and he has to pay a fine which is so unfair. I would not recommend anyone getting their taxes done here.

Reg Marsh and Associates came very highly recommended from friends and neighbours in Georgetown. I had the pleasure of speaking with Elaine, over the phone, re a tax matter and she was extremely informative and professional. I didn't feel rushed and she explained my options in a way that I understood. I will definitely be using them for my 2016 tax return. Very impressed indeed.

I have used their services since I was old enough to begin filing taxes. Don't let their friendliness and relaxed atmosphere fool you -- Reg and Elaine are excellent at what they do and stay on top of changes in CRA regulations. They answer all my questions, file my taxes quickly and I usually get my refund well before the regular waiting period. I highly recommend them!

These people are definitely not certified. They don't have the slightest idea what they are doing. They do not do taxes correct the first time and when they try to fix it weeks later they send the wrong forms. Extemely rude and unprofessional and they hang up on you when you tell them that they made a mistake on your taxes!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND

I have been using Reg Marsh and Associates for over 15 years to complete both my personal and business taxes and have NEVER had an issue with any of the service provided by this family owned and operated business. As long as I provided all my necessary paper work on time, this firm has always met the required deadlines. Perhaps Mr. Parsons had such a poor experince because he doesn't like the small town atmosphere of a family business. Everyone I know in Acton takes their taxes here and I have never heard anyone say anything bad about the service provided by Reg Marsh and Associates.
