I had a hard time ordering on-line so I hopped in to use the kiosk. Leo walked me through it very patiently. Later when we came for the viewing there she was at her post warmly greeting patrons. She is awesome!

It's a great family experience. The only negative I have is the new self checkout program. It was confusing with the free ticket we had. Part of the purchase includes choosing your seats in the theater. After getting our snacks we headed to the theater and our assigned seats had already been taken. It is my opinion if they are not going to enforce assigned seats then they need to do away with that step.

Me and my grandson Malachi enjoyed the movie Avatar the way of water yesterday. The theater was clean, not crowded and warm inside.

I visited the theater in the last weeks for Avatar 2, Silent Night, and most recently Meagan. Concessions associates were friendly and lobby was clean. Bathroom and interior theaters could have used some cleaning. Not much left in the gameroom, but I guess most arcades have disappeared.

Terrible! Heater only works so be prepared to abandon ship. The theater was packed it was so hot. No AC. EVERYONE was sweating and miserable. Front desk said AC was not working.

Wish they would upgrade to nice seating like many others in larger cities. Place is nice and clean, just prefer the recliner seating

Staff was awesome! Shout out to Grace! Theater was cool. Fairly basic but a good variety of times and shows.

It was so nice to go watch Ticket to Paradise! Staff friendly and helpful. Super clean with well stocked restrooms!

Kiosk to purchase tickets which I thought was nice. Theater was nice and clean. Seats were super comfortable. Large popcorn, soda, and water costs as much as 2 adult tickets. Our seats were assigned and we were all bunched together even though the entire front half of the theater was empty. I assume for cleaning purposes but I am pregnant and needed an isle seat since I need to access the restroom often. An employee gave us the side eye when they noticed we changed seats.

Sixty bucks for 2 people to go to a movie and have 2 large icees and a large popcorn. No napkins available at the snack stand and you have to buy tickets from an automated screen with no one present to answer any questions. Wasnt my favorite experience. The seats were comfy and the picture and sound were good.
