Extremely spacious and clean. Very good location. Gives a feel of old school cinemas with brilliant decor. Staff is very friendly. The screen and seats are very well maintained as well
The reclining seats are this theaters biggest plus. I took my sister to this theater recently expressively to provide her with as much comfort as possible. She has some major back & hip issues that are supported nicely by their reclining seats. WE ,unfortunately did NOT make reservations. The movie was most popular & we were left with seats uncomfortably close to the screen.
Very unhappy with this movie theater. The air feels like it’s not on and food bar doesn’t take Apple Pay. I used to love going to the movies. Now every time I go, it just reminds me that streaming is better. Hot and hungry is not the experience I’m looking for.
We’d seen the theater had recliner seating, but could not determine which had it. We tried to find a phone number for the theater but couldn’t Ended up calling mall security who went to the theater and asked them to call me. First attempt failed. Manager John simply didn’t call. Second try he did call. I specifically asked “we’re coming to see John Wick 4. Does it have recliner seating?” His response was yes. As I have a leg condition I needed to sit with my feet elevated. We made the one hour drive from home, paid $70 for 5 tickets, then found a theater full of cheap, non-reclining seating. I went and found the manager John and asked why he’d lied to me. His response was he thought I’d asked if the theater had ANY reclining seating, which is a lie. He only offered to move us to a theater with reclining seats, but I told him we’d come to see John Wick 4, not just any random movie. He did not offer a refund, an apology, or even a bag of popcorn. He was devoid of concern. When I complained that their website failed to properly identify what type seating each movie had he offered to show me but I declined. That was two movies at this Regal cinema for me … my first and last … both at the same time. This is what you get when you hire kids to do an adult job.
@Gabster They literally had a digital display with a list of movies at the box office showing all the movies that are now showing. And the tickets have the auditorium # on them, you’re just a dummy. Management team was great, Regal just never had the funds to repair all things that needed to be repair around the place, management has no control of that.
Do not visit this theater! Roaches in the bathroom, mice running around inside the auditorium while im trying to watch my movie. The customer service was the worst part. Asked for multiple drinks and every one i asked for was out. Wanted a refund for the movie and was greeted with a hell no and middle finger on my way out of the theater. I dont know what kind of kids they hire here but its pathetic. I would rate 0 stars if i could.
Old and outdated theater, will not go back. Feels like you walked into a Time Machine to the 90’s. Need to tear out all the seats, add recliners and IMAX. Much nicer options in the area
Disappointing. It would get 5 stars had it been clean. We came into the theater with reserved seats about 15m before the show and our seats were covered in popcorn with wrappers, candy, and drinks everywhere, including the arm rest cup holders. Was absolutely nasty. Having kids, we always have sanitary wipes which we used, took us 10m just to make it habitable.
This Citrus Park theater has really gone downhill! Movie prices were astronomical and we had to wait in slow lines at the snack bar to buy tickets. We nearly missed the the start of the movie because of it. They had hardly any staff and the movie quality was very poor especially for what we paid. Definitely was not HD quality, very disappointing. In this day and age it's common for all theaters to have HD quality picture. Won't go back. It was dead, only one other family there besides ours. Pretty sure they will close down soon. Sad really, I remember going here years past and it was much nicer and livelier. Now, it's just in shambles but you still have to put out premium dollars! Definitely not a great experience or place.
Nice clean and quiet environment. The movie was good the popcorn was hot. I can't complain I had a good movie experience. It was a good Godzilla day!
