It is very easy to buy tickets online. The theater has not changed much in a decade. I thought they would have remodeled the place. Seats are the old stadium seats. The place looked very clean. Bathrooms are very clean, but the floor inside auditorium 5 was very very sticky.
I've been coming to this theater for years. No renovation or upgrade has been done. Tickets are way too expensive for seats that don't even recline. On a weekday I spent close to $20 which is absurd . It's time for change. Other than that- great area, surrounded by other restaurants to stop and get a bite to eat for a reasonable price.
This location is completely different from other regal theaters, like the one at the Broward Mall. It was so dark when my daughter and I walked into the theater, that we freaked out, thinking we had been cast in a horror film, without even auditioning. We immediately went back out to get the ticket taker, to escort us to our seats The bathrooms were so filthy, that, even a little girl, around 6 or 7 years old, said, "you're gonna have to put a lot of tissue on the seat, because this bathroom is the worstest dirty." So cute! And, there were SO MANY previews! The only highlight of the whole experience, was that all of the employees at the concession stand, and the ticket taker, were very attentive, seemed to work well as a team, and gave us excellent customer service!
This theatre is pretty great! The theatres aren't super new and upgraded but the sound was great and my seat was comfy! It was clean and they seem to take pride in maintaining is state. The theatre size was more intimate and it wasn't too crowded. The cherry on top was the price of the movie. It was $11.50?!? In NYC we pay so much that I don't know if this is normal for Florida but it was a pleasant surprise to save a little on a full price non-matinee showing. That being said, I feel the price for soda and popcorn seemed on the pricier side but they have Cherry Coke win! and the popcorn was pretty perfect yum! among the rest of the goodies the concession stand offers. Overall, I'm in Florida for 3 weeks and I will be back. Oh and loads of parking with nearby restaurants if you want to make it dinner and a movie. I am a Regal Crown member so now the perks are perks on perks!
Went to watch a movie and there was a strong smell of mold in the theater and trash bags over seats that must be because of a leak. Left in less then 2 min because we couldn’t stand the smell of mold. Will not ever recommend someone this location. Everything looks worn out and disgusting
This movie theater looks like 1995. They definitely need to remodel. The seats do not recline and the A/C does not work. However, the young men working the concession/ticket stand were very polite and helpful.
This theater is really great if you can get past the clearly dated seating, although it should be noted it is a stadium seating situation but still get to you after a while. Fresh concessions, although apparently the staff and managers think it’s ok to turn on the lights during the end titles not end credits which come after and come in and start cleaning. Really annoying to say the least and I am pretty sure not theater policy. I like the parking here.
This movie theater was great the services at 2pm was just great the lady the was a the counter getting the popcorn was just lovely she was kind and pleasant her energy and politeness attitude was just one of the kind people like her needs to be in charge so the complete department of the franchise can be a pleasant and successful environment for workers and employees and customers.
The entering process was easy but in theater 11 there was 3 flying roaches. My poor husband had to hit one with my sandals just so they wouldn’t land on us again. It was disturbing to watch those roaches flying into the movie seeing the big shadow of them and not really focusing on the movie. I hate to type this review because I have been coming here a lot but I think enough is enough. A manager have to do something spray the theater before I have to bring my own spray
This could've been a 5 star, but I must be honest, theather 6 had no AC, was not informed. seemed a bit guard less, just folks roaming around. the kids working upfront are nice and very professional, always good to see. I love regal, but this must be addressed immediately.
