This is a movie theater in Germantown. It is big enough, and has around 15-20 screens, running different movies at a point of time. I have usually seen Indian movies here, where the crowd is really less, as compared to other Hollywood movie halls. The screen, sound and picture quality is good, hall is also very spacious having around 150-200 seats. They also have some options for popcorns, food and beverages. Also, they have a big parking lot, which has ample amount of parking spaces, just adjacent to it. Do check this place out, if you're looking for a theater nearby.
Had a pretty decent experience at this Regal location. Unfortunately on the day we visited, the A/C unit was down so it felt a bit warm inside our theater; they left the theater doors open to allow more airflow but this also caused us to hear more outside noises. Another issue is the concession had limited drink options since their soda machine was down. However, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The seats were clean and the food was decent. Leg room inside the theater was a bit limited. I hope they'll consider upgrading the theater seats in the near future to provide customers with more comfort and leg room.
Despite your assumptions, Regal Cinemas has a lot to offer for date night or a family movie. The bathrooms are clean. The blue seats are comfortable despite not having a tray to stash snacks. There is a small areas for teens and youngsters can play a few video games before or after the show. And the snack bar is stocked with all of your favorites including mine… Nachos. If you’re looking to check out a new movie, and tired of sitting on your couch for online streaming, Although they don’t have IMAX screens, Regal is valuable, great popcorn, huge drinks, and a great alternative to Rio. Located in the heart of Germantown a quarter mile from Black Rock Center.
They have 14 screens in total. Very neatly maintained seats and wide screens. Sound quality is not that great , it's just loud that's all but not clear. Also seats were very small and no proper leg space. They have good parking facilities available.
Nice seating. Friendly staff, except for the manager. The manager was helping a person in front of me, and when he finished, he walked away without helping me. He did not utter a single word. He just went to sit at another forward-facing desk. If you do not want to assist anyone, go to the back.
It's a good theater. Shows I want to see are often only 2D and the seats aren't ad fancy as other theaters, but it's a good place to see a show
I went to the movie for the first time since the epidemic. The cons: The movie didn't start on time. The seats have not been updated and it feels like bugs are crawling on your back. when the movies finished, I saw several people scratching their backs and legs... Guys, don't go to this theather. Owner of the movie, have at least clean your chairs.... I don't care if you have to close the movie for a capable of days... as movie fans don't deserve this.
It might have just been the movie but... We saw the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mutant Mayhem last night in theater #11 and it was supposed to be in 3D. However, it was horrible quality 3D. In fact, it was impossible to see with the 3D glasses and blurry without the 3D glasses. It was the worst movie going experience of my entire life.
Prices are the same as all of the updated movie theaters. Was unaware the seats are the same as 15 years ago until we walked in. Need to update soda machines and concessions in general. The air conditioning was broken and they made no mention when scanning tickets upon entry. When I notified the staff of this after the most miserable theatre experience I’ve had in years, they said it was “being worked on” when the part comes in. AKA this has been going on for days… They also said they were letting people know which was false as we were given no such warning. They need to sell this place and join the rest of us in 2023. Won’t be back.
The movie was great but the theater not so much. It was warm. The air conditioning wasn't working in theater #4. The popcorn and tea were good but the hot dog so so.
