We saw Thor: Love & Thunder. It was Monday at 6:10 pm, and the theater was pretty empty six people in the back and two in the middle of the theater. They seem to be running at partial capacity. First, they were out of pretzels and they had a sign that they were currently offering a limited menu. And second, an entire row of toilets in the men’s bathroom was out of order. In other words, it seems that management lets some issues slide rather than fixing them right away to keep everything at 100%. I’m not sure how much business movie theaters get in July 2022. It would make sense if business is coming back slowly after COVID. I’m definitely thankful that the theater is still open because I had a good experience. However, I feel that docking them a star is still fair because some elements that people have come to expect such as pretzels from the movie experience are no longer available at least at this theater.
Very nice theater with comfortable reclining chairs. The price point for tickets was nice too. The only thing I really noticed was that the sound quality wasn't good as other movie theaters. It was okay, but it didn't have the bass and surround sound that I was used to. I saw Top Gun Maverick btw, so trust me, you will notice it. But overall it was . As you were.
The concept of the reclining seats are great! However, I don't care if they did recline because they were filthy! They had plenty of time to clean them before we arrived, considering it was a private viewing, and even while we had to wait for them to set up for us past the time it was supposed to start. The floors were cleaner than the seats. The movie at least was great. The sound was perfect and the visuals were as well. I would return to this theatre, but I'd have to make a point to have them clean the seats. I didn't purchase any concessions, but from what I saw, the sizes looked to be bigger than at most theatres. That's a plus.
This location continues to decline. They are now selling pre-purchased tickets for auditoriums with no heat. There is no manager or guest services available to speak with about concerns. Add this on top of already poor concessions and lack of cleanliness. Take your money elsewhere.
Surprisingly light crowd for a Sunday evening but it could have been the 7pm hour. Concessions was friendly and fast. The theater was very clean. The reclining seats were nice but not necessarily comfortable for my frame. I could hear the bass and some of the dialogue from the next theater over the more quiet scenes of the movie I was viewing. It wasn't overly distracting but noticeable. Nice movie all around theater.
I am a SAHM with a 15 month old and a movie is the only me time I get during the month. I love this theatre because the employees are friendly, I have never had any issues with cleanliness, and the popcorn is always fresh the biggest thing for me! I adore this theatre and allowing this mama to enjoy her movies!
I am glad to see theatres are coming back. It is easier to buy tickets and get to your movie quickly. I wish the line for the food items could be faster. Other than that, had a great experience.
It seems to be taking a turn. It used to be really nice and well cared for. Now there's a bit of trash scattered about constantly and the bathrooms look like everyone that used them live in a barns. Good theater sound quality, though.

This theater has seen better days. Waited over 15 minutes in line for popcorn. Wait staff moved extremely slow. Watched one young man coming in to work looking at his watch, making sure he wasn't too early. Finally some manager types came out and opened up another register. Then had problems with their credit card machines, further slowing things down.
