Theaters have reclining seats and adequate room. Pro Tip bring a small blanket or beach towel to cover with as the AC is cold.
I brought my son, who's in a wheelchair, and the employee at the door stood there while I struggled to get him in the door. He actually backed up away from the door and watched me. The people at the concession stand were the only ones that offered to help me, which I was prepared to do this alone obviously but to be offered help to my seat with my drink and food was what the entire staff should do. Or at least open a door. I called to talk to a manager and she didn't really care and didn't apologize. I also think their should be options for seats further back. That close for handicapped people is a lot to handle. So it's not very handicapped friendly at all.
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I love the reclining chairs and how big the isles are. Even after you recline your chair fully. People can still walk comfortably in front of you without disturbing you. This is the cleanest movie theater I have ever seen! There are closer movie theaters but not one that has these wonderful chairs.
This theater was the first positive post covid experience I've had out of three trips to others prior, this place is very well maintained and staffed by friendly and helpful employees. I took my two kids and everything was totally safe,clean, and welcoming for them. The only con is concessions are priced at almost a ridiculous level. In the end I would rather pay a bit more for food and beverages to go to a facility like this one over several in the area that are just not kept up
I've been going to this theater since I was a kid, and it's always clean and the popcorn is always hot. Maybe I'm catching them at a good time, or maybe they're just that good!
We have the unlimited subscription and the last three movies we went to see our movie experience was interrupted by people around us...the first one was a group of young boys running back and forth right in front of us several times talking and making a lot of noise. I had to go find manager twice before anything was done causing me to miss movie The second one...another person was on their phone in the row right in front of us and then someone came in the exit door down near the screen and left it open and yesterday's movie was no better someone talked through the whole movie
It's a cool place with a nice atmosphere when people are there, gets a little bit creepy with no one though. love the reclining seats, but snacks are a little pricey. 9/10, but i cant get that specific with my rating on here.
Great place to go to see new movies. You can bring the family or enjoy a date night. The recliner seating is my fav! The snack bar has lots of options. The place is clean & staff is friendly. My go-to theater!
Clean and friendly. Can't believe how much a movie ticket cost now! Sodas and popcorn were ridiculously priced. The recliners are nice and comfy.
this is my favorite theater in the buffalo area.. the popcorn is always great.. the seats are very comfortable & recline pretty far back - definitely avoid the 4D movies though..
