Regal Cinemas Palm Springs 9

I will say it was definitely an odd experience. Went to a kid's movie & it was literally all wasted adults. So weird, funny & irritating at times, but so weird. Tons of trailers for other movies, id say it was about 20 minutes of that. I get it, because it was a kid's movie & it was still entertaining. Parking could have been a major stress but it worked out in the end. Sodas here, HUGE!!! I ordered a medium for my son & it is much bigger than a large at other high end theaters. We thought she made a mistake, then she showed us the large. So happy about that! I was thinking the seats reclined, they don't. Theater seating was comfortable for the most part. I'm short so the fact that my legs were dangling sucked a bit but I was able to put my feet on a pole in front of my seat to relieve that stress on my legs every once in a while. Restroom was clean. The staff at the front worked as a team & were all smiles. Altogether a good experience.

I went there for 6 movies so far! The theater is small, but it has everything you'd need to watch a movie. This one does not have the main regal promos, and there is no IMAX for this one. Staff is friendly and nice. They usually have two registers open. The theater looked clean every time I went. There is no assigned seating every time I have gotten there, so first come, first serve. It has never been terribly busy until I went to see the Barbie movie. That was the busiest I've seen so far, and we still had room in the theater. The setup is simple, and everything is clearly displayed. I like this theater because it is conveniently near downtown Palm Springs it's not overcrowded, and I haven't experienced any rowdy people. Which is great!

Ever since the theater closed down in Yucca, this theater has become a successor for me & my family. We've seen about 4 to 5 movies here, the staff is friendly, the popcorn is delicious, & the theater experience felt nice again after all these years

This is not a review of the staff, theater quality, cleanliness or anything like that. What I had an issue with was being subjected to nearly 10 minutes of commercials which ran after the posted movie start time BEFORE the movie previews even started. I enjoy movie previews but sitting through 20+ commercials for car companies, candy bars & other brands is not an enjoyable experience. Most people cut cable for this exact reason so to be subjected to it at the movies is a bit annoying.

Oh man! Really bad service event number two. I bought my ticket 1hr before showtime. Got some food at a restaurant. After a long week, all you want to do is relax and watch a movie. I won't be coming back here again. No one was ticketing at the entrance and I was literally chased up stars just to be ticketed. I'm kinda curious on the reason...hmm because I'm not white, sweaty from 100 degree weather outside, or my bag I carry for work. Maybe this company needs to rethink their staff or procedures. And apparently the manager stated they're not supposed to do that...

As the only theatre in town, it serves it's purpose. I know they are keeping costs down by not having a bunch of staff there, but the theatres could use a better cleaning in between showings.

Brought both of my kids the Barbie movie last night. There was a girl in front of us who brought in a big screwdriver and sat in on the arm rest and then proceeded to pull out a big backpack filled with leftover food. Which between that and her horrible body odor stunk up our whole area. I told management and she said they were going to check cameras. Won’t be coming back Mary Pickford is the way to !!

I give 3.5 because the sound system wasn't very good. It was no loud as most theaters. Seats are nice tho

I always enjoy coming to this theater. It's clean and the service is friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie Sound of Freedom.

Employees more concerned about side conversations than the customers . Ethan , pay attention to your customers . Side chatter convos can wait .. my first time here and it was not the memorable .
