This is a nice theater. Parking is a challenge. They put the butter on the popcorn themselves. Food menu is good with plenty of options.The seats lay back when you push the button.

It's clean, well-lit, and well-staffed, and the watching experience was flawless. My big issues were with disability access: the main doors were difficult as a crutch user, and the door into the theatre itself was exceedingly hard to open and get through safely. The bathroom layout sinks and hand dryers far apart also made for some major slip hazards. Overall, the experience was positive! But some minor modifications would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone.

The Regal Theater at Riverside Plaza is great. Excellent location for movie viewing. Right outside the theater there are a plethora of eating establishments to choose from if you want to get food before your movie, with outdoor sating available. It's a beautiful outdoor mall lined with palm trees and lights. The theater itself is clean, relatively modern, and with ample bathrooms. Great concession stand with all the basics you can get for your movie eats; candy, nachos, soda, Icee, and of course popcorn. Their popcorn is extra delicious. Not sure what it is, but it's very fresh and flavorful. The best part of the Regal movie going experience are the seats. Luxury viewing in comfortable leather like, could be vinyl not sure, recliner. The seats have a wide cup holder and you can choose to put your feet up in the gliding recliner and seat back if you choose. It feels like you are relaxed in your living room. The row in front of you is not right up in your feet. Last but not least, they have a great rewards program that has an easy to use mobile app where you can buy your tickets in advance if you choose to. Your points add up for rewards on discounts for the concession stand or free movies. On Tuesday nights if you are a rewards member, all movies are $5.99 and popcorn is 50% off. Phenomenal deal. Best movie experience.

This theater is awesome. No complaints what-so-ever. I love the reclining chairs, just wish they had charging plugs in them. Other than that everything is great! Always clean and organized.

Great area!! Clean, friendly and several places to eat. We love the theater here and the great parking.

It's a really not bad movie theater. Manager is such a sweetheart. The workers are all young adults so we all know how it goes..but some of them do give a polite service and encourage to purchase anything else. I think it's important to make the customers feel happy seeing a movie...not depressed because you don't like working here..

Clean and comfortable theater. Reserved my seating and movie time for voucher passes 1 week ahead using terminals inside the Regal lobby was quick and easy to do.

Poor management. Our movie is currently late this is the second time this has happen to me going to this theater. Our movie was supposed to start at 1215 and they haven’t even acknowledged us letting us know that there is an issue. When I addresses it with them the “supervisor “ didn’t make eye contact and everyone left me standing there to supposedly fix the issue. Still waiting.

Great first experience. Visited the plaza today, went to the local movie theater. I arrived early and discovered that most of the businesses here don't open until 11 am on Sundays. Be prepared if you plan on going before your movie starts as you will have to sit outside until the Regal employees open the doors. We also had a mishap with our ticket order as the seating map was incorrect and we were in front row instead of the last row. Other than that the theater is beautiful, clean bathrooms, friendly employees and highly recommend.

Nice theater, nice seats, easy online ticketing. Food and drinks are hella pricey but the location is great and it's always clean there
