clean and spacious cinema halls, friendly staff, entertainment room and slot machines, in the cafe you can buy various snacks at very affordable prices. A great place for a family date, tickets were bought online without any problems, check-in is done on the spot. Large parking lot, parking was not a problem. Recommended for the whole family!
I couldn't touch the floor while seated watching the film making for an uncomfortable situation. Also the seats were broken in auditorium 15 so they didn't recline.
Four stars because I enjoy watching films here and usually bring my own sushi platter. On this case today; The Flash movie 1pm. Cozy theatre reserved seating but the service is not good at the concession stand. The guy didn't look like he wanted to be there and rolling his eyes quite a bit. Just don't understand with customer service these days. Hopefully this movie is entertaining. This place is my usual joint for me to watch blockbuster films or films of interest
Great theatre and .movie options. The seats can be a little cleaner though. There is a bar for adult drinks too. The downside, is that you can't get a refill on popcorn unless you bring an empty bucket. They should give paying customers who are viewing a movie their refill while purchasing the popcorn. Who wants to leave watching a movie that is paid for to walk to refill their popcorn?
I went to see the new Equalizer III movie. This is one of my favorite theaters, but they have been slacking on security. When I walked in there was no one to check our tickets and so we just walked to our theater. I wonder how many people just walked in and saw a show without paying. Hopefully, they are at least able to get security since there are workers no longer checking for tickets.
Went to watch Barbie and it was a great experience! Movie theater was clean, ordering food was fast but the real highlight were the employees! Every single employee I interacted with was so genuinely helpful and kind! At the ticket buy, at the concession stand and even the help desk! Shoutout to the Gm Nicholas who was such a sweet and nice to talk to guy! :
Best cinema ever! Friendly staff and the Manager John is very kind. He's been there forever, and he is always willing to assist you in any way he can. I'm happy that they didn't shut down like other places in palm beach county. Get their unlimited subscription it is 100% worth it
Temperature was perfect, Recliner seats. The theater was sold out. Everyone was respectful I've been to other theaters where the clientele had loud obnoxious conversations, didn't turn off their cellphone, etc. Wellington location seems to have respectful patrons.
Employees was very friendly and helpful. The place was dirty and smell bad. The carpet was black and dirty popcorn all over the floors that have been walked on by people. The money they make they need the least get the carpet shampoo and air freshen the place I ran into the bathroom stall no toilet paper, is toilet paper on strike again. I enjoy the movie and the employees but the place itself was dirty. Make you start thinking is the popcorn machine clean as the soda fountain machine clean, your safe bet is to buy a bottle of water. Maybe this is poor management.
This place is always super clean including the hallways and restrooms. The volume of the movies isn’t too loud or low thats a big plus! I went to the concession stand fist, tall kid curly hair was not ready for work. His personality was dry. He waved for my attention then when i got in front of him he didn’t say anything to us, not even cai tke your order. I was shocked so I begin to order. I was trying to ask a question but he answered me with “what” as if I’m a bother, so I said nothing and paid for my drink & nachos. However their prepaid, preselected seating routine is ridiculous!! Someone should be in the theater to assist the customers with their seats. My husband & I visited here last night 8/31/23 & I’m giving a 2/5 stars. After using the seating chart provided, we sat in someone else’s seats, a few minutes later they asked us to move. We moved to another seat while looking for our own seats, just to find out someone was already comfortably sitting in our prepaid, preselected seats! They finally moved 6 minutes later after sitting there checking their phone! Then we finally get in our prepaid preselected seats and my seat was the loudest chair in the theater! The letter to find your seat is on the wall, near the floor. Who can see that small black letter on the wall near the floor, in the dark, just to find a seat?! Customers were getting upset with us for all of the moving, talking and confusion. When we we’re just trying to enjoy the movie like everyone else. Not to mention I’m in a leg brace recovering from a MCL sprain, this was my first time out in 2 months. Which is why we chose seats with just a few steps, however I ended up having to walk the entire top part of the theatre because of our prepaid, preselected seats were taken & no attendant was there to assist with seating arrangements! Then to make things worse, our seats we’re right under the ac vent & it was UNBEARABLY cold! I had on long jeans a tee shirt & a jacket. I felt bad for my husband, after all of the walking and seat changes we finally get in our seats my husband hands me his jacket because I’m shivering at this point. Then I noticed he’s shivering. I gave his jacket back he then had to go get me another jacket from our vehicle during the middle of the movie, which he missed some key parts to the movie. I was so cold I couldn’t watch the movie anymore. I was uncomfortably cold, miserable, in pain & super annoyed! This is usually our favorite theater, however after last night I’m not sure if my husband and I would be returning. That was a complete waste of money & time. Not to mention besides the staff at the concession stand there was no staff in sight, it was ghost town before 10pm.
