First time at this location. Luckily we were seeing a late show of a marvel movie so we found parking easily. It was my first time in that shopping center so I’m not sure what people do during the day. The seats do the reclining thing there now! Yay. The guy who refilled the drink overdid it and I should have dumped it but ran over to the movie and totally gave myself a shower during the movie ‍ it also seems that you have to butter popcorn yourself now, which is why I skipped AMC. I now consider people buttering my popcorn to be a premium feature since you can rarely get it . So bummed to hear that you need an app for Regal now. I always loved using my key card thingy. Okay, all in all it seems like a great theater aside from no longer buttering popcorn.
Great seats and accommodation. They have recliner sits. highly recommend especially with family. Probably the cleanest toilets I have seen in any place I have been. Great job by the staff.
Was looking for "Regal" on the sign but saw the lit up sign with "Hollywood" it was missing a letter. Lovely theater with reclining chairs. Close to the parking garage. Christmas lights are a delightful touch and we hope to return for dinner and a movie.
I just noticed the price is up to $4 more per ticket here than for other theaters. We also really miss Mellow Mushroom. After being a long time go-to for us, we’re looking for better value with better dining options.
Theater is very clean and has an old-school looking aesthetic. However, staff informed me the kitchen and alcohol sales stop an hour before the last showtime. This didn’t make sense to me, since I bought a ticket to the 7:25pm showing, we couldn’t get any food or alcoholic drinks? For an already expensive movie ticket, not being able to enjoy the concessions was a bummer.
Nice experience overall. We really enjoy these theaters and they never seem to be very packed. A few notes, pizza may look big on the billboard but it's a personal size. Bring wipes for the movie theater tables sticky icky!. And the unlimited passes are not 18.99 as advertised on the screen. They are 21.99 per person at this theater.
We showed up at 7:51 for a 7:35 showtime. For anyone who has been to the movies, you know there’s a decent amount of previews before the movie. The doors were locked when we showed up. It took over 10 minutes for someone to finally let us in. Of course by the time we got inside we wanted a refund because the actual movie had already already started. The manager was pretty rude and kept referring back to the fact that they close the doors a certain amount of time after the last showing, but that isn’t listed anywhere at the location or online. How would we have known that our showtime was the last show time of the night? I definitely know which Regal location in Denver we WONT be returning to
Worst experience! Went to the bathroom for a second before the trailers to my movie started, came back and my seat had been taken by a group of high schoolers, and my snacks had been tossed all the way down the row. When I went to go ask the manager if there was anything that could be done so I could go back and enjoy the movie, they shrugged their shoulders and told me “yeah that seems like a personal problem, we can’t help there”. I’ve never been the one to write reviews like this but seriously what kind of response was that! Whoever the night “shift lead” or “manager” was on Thursday September 29th should be retrained on how to better handle situations like this if they ever come up again.
This theater is clean, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We are extremely grateful that the honest and kind staff found my son’s wallet and returned it with all his cash and gift cards.
It's a nice, clean theater. I didn't go five stars because the girl checking us in had no personality, no customer service smile, and actually picked up her phone and was scrolling through it while the other staff got our order together. I felt like we were just more old people disturbing her phone time.
