Nice theater, outside is dated but the inside is nice. Large , comfortable theaters, a well stocked concession stand. The employees were friendly and professional. There’s a party room and arcade as well.
Friendly staff and clean theater. The theaters are a little smaller than the ones in surrounding cities but makes it all the more cozier feeling of a hometown type theater. Very quiet and had the theater all to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon. Also the only theater I’ve come across in a long time that still takes cash.
Ease of purchasing tickets was great. It took 45 minutes to get concession items. Lobby and theater were very dirty. Upstanding there are labor shortages and such stemming from Covid 19, but for the actual price of a ticket, I will patronize another establishment in the future.
I love thé rocking chaires and the staff are super busy but super friendly regardless if that. Ordering tickets online a super easy and also ordering my concession items online is an added bonus.
Good selection of movies. Snack bar, like in most theaters, is too expensive. Ordered Doritos nachos and was given a bag of chips and a small cup of cheese. The photo advertised the nachos as being covered in cheese with jalapenos on top. The nachos were a joke!
Went to Regal Cinema to see “Ringing of the Bells” with about 25 other women from our church group. It was a great movie based on Henry Wadsworth Longfellow.
This is a decent theater and a good theater for kids. My only issue is when people decide to talk during the films, not whispers but out loud talking. Please be respectful of other people trying to enjoy the film and keep it to a whisper.
Saddened at the experience. You have to get your own tickets through a kiosk now which wasn't a huge deal but so sad to not get the full experience of going to the ticket window. Then the floors were nasty with popcorn everywhere in the lobby. The bathrooms were disgusting. Clogged toilets, floors had water all over them and it smelled like old urine. The seats weren't very wide or deep so the comfort wasn't very nice. I'll drive another 25 minutes to a better kept theatre before I come back to this one.
A family night outing turned into a frustrating and annoying event, due to the patrons being extremely inconsiderate, rambunctious, and loud throughout the entire movie. We reached out to management who did not solve the issue with urgency. Eventually the police were notified and the issues were resolved, however proactive measures, such as checking tickets and not allowing patrons to enter and exit the movie continuously should be put into place. I unfortunately don’t see myself returning.
The Regel theater is clean and quiet but my problem is with the mall it self from the parking lot to the theater is a long walk and there's no place to sit if you are handicap I feel that it should have a place for us to sit down and catch our breath before going inside of the theater.
