Regal Cinemas Springfield Town Center 12

This is one of my favorite theaters in the area. It’s clean, normally isn’t too crowded, and is conveniently located in the mall. My favorite part is probably the seats, which completely recline and are much more comfortable and spacious than your average theater seat. Overall, I’d recommend this location other Regals in the area.

If I could leave 0 stars I would me and my friend thought we lost a wallet so we checked everywhere but when we went to garage to check we realized where it was, but when we tried to enter all the workers stared laughing. So rude. One young man helped us in I don’t know his name but I wish I did. Very respectful. Now the other people I don’t know. If I’m paying 90 dollars for only 5 tickets the least I can get is some respect.

Excellent! Free refills if you order a large popcorn or large drink. Yum yum. They don't have bag or security checks, so most just bring in candy from different stores and place it in their bags. But, they do check your ticket. As they should.

Clean and comfortable chairs to enjoy watching movies.

Theater staff is overall pretty nice, but seems to really struggle from a management/owner standpoint. The place is a little dated with holes and wear and tear on the seats. Bathrooms aren’t dirty but look that way because they’re old. They also seem to be struggling with funding or ordering because they were out of literally all chocolate candy. Tickets were decently cheap though.

This is our go-to movie place. We like the recliner seats because you don't have to share an armrest with a stranger and they show first-run movies. Full bar available if that is your thing.

I went to the theater tonight to see the Nun II with my husband and teenage nephew. We bought our tickets online and we went smoothly through the concession lines and then to our seats. Unfortunately, throughout the majority of the movie there were 4 teenage girls who chatted throughout the entire movie and were using their cellphones. The tickets were close to $60 and we spent another $70 on concessions. For $130 I expect to enjoy the movie. I had to get security twice to ask them to address the teenagers, which ruined the movie for me. The seats are comfortable but are worn and need to be reupholstered. The theater is clean. After the movie I spoke to the manager, Yoel and he comp’ed me 3 tickets for another show. I appreciated that and the support of the female security guard who addressed the teenagers twice. My experience with Regal is good unfortunately you cannot account for rude people in the theater, that is out of Regal’s control. The customer service of both Yoel and the security guard will have me going back to Regal theaters.

Bar service is slow because they don't service more than one customer at a time, start to finish. They should take several orders at once, prepare the drinks, and then ring them all out in batches.

Lights didn't fully go off while watching the film but it wasn't anything too distracting. Theater is also exceptionally clean until someone goes out of their way to make a mess; much respect to the workers there.

The manager here is amazing. We bought tickets to a different theater because we are dumb, but when we showed up, the manager said, "yep, I got you". Wow. I thought we were up the creek! Awesome movie theater. Great staff.
