I found them by chance, and I am so thankful that I did. I needed a lot of work done that I had been putting off for years due to the cost. However Lois walked me through the entire treatment plan, cost, and made sure she explained everything so clearly. For the first time ever I left feeling like I knew exactly what I needed and had a straight forward plan and timeline in which the work would be done. Thank you to everyone at regal dentistry for being amazing.

I went in for a teeth cleaning that I desperately needed. After getting my X-rays done and having my teeth looked at a 2 hour process, I was informed that the appointment was just to look at my teeth and to see what they recommend. I then received a summary with over $2,000 worth of suggested treatments that I don’t have the $$ for, and i couldn’t just get the cleaning that i needed…

Schedule an appointment online for an emergency visit, for a day I was able to go in since I got off early from work. I came into the office and the receptionist seemed confused on why I was scheduled. She said there was no dentist available only a surgery. I was never contacted once by the office to be informed about this situation. I did receive the paperwork to fill out by message, so if they were able to send me the forms, why didn’t they call to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional. I will definitely not schedule again.

This has been the best dental offices I've ever been too. Usually, I'm greeted with frowning faces but when I walkiled into Regal Dentistry I could see everyone's smiles. The doctors were professional and treat you as if your family. ALSO if your lucky enough to be help by the DA Angie. Your set! She made the whole experience enjoying and calming

I have encountered such great people at Regal Dentistry.  They are compassionate and caring and always so gentle with me.  Because of my broken and cracked teeth I do a lot of clenching and grinding in my sleep I need some crowns.  I just got my first four permanent crowns and they look so great!  I have been so afraid of dentists in the past, but I actually look forward to going here.  I feel like I get to see friends when I go.  Thank you to everyone at Regal for making me feel like I am truly cared about.

Scheduled an appointment for a single filling, cleaning, and impress for a mouth guard after the initial consultation. Show up to my appointment, and was told after I was sat down that no one was available to do my cleaning, and would need a follow up to schedule an appointment for a mouth guard impress. Was told to sit in the waiting room for someone to help me shortly to schedule follow ups. Sat there for over 20 minutes before I got up to talk to someone since no one up front seemed to care. I kindly asked the guy to check if my insurance was charge for a cleaning that I hadn’t received and he said, “All I have is an initial consultation from 2021.” So they didn’t have the consultation I had the week prior? They didn’t have the filling I had done 30 minutes ago? And they couldn’t tell me if my insurance was charged for a cleaning I didn’t get? And if you try calling, be ready to be put on hold for over 10 minutes to just be hung up on. The dentist himself was amazing, but the basic customer service isn’t there. Won’t be back.

This was my first visit to a dentist and I have to say I’m very impressed. The staff is welcoming and understand how to treat visitors. The positive and upbeat attitude in the clinic takes away any anxiety about getting checked out. Would definitely recommend, they will take care of you.

I am really pleased with my experience from Dr. Christine Saed. I was supposed to get root canals, but when Dr. Saed was doing the procedure she stopped to get more x-rays and make sure everything was okay. She saw that I didn't need the root canals, they were just deep cavities. I am truly thankful for her and the whole team at Regal Dentistry. The assistants Amber? and Christina? Were great too. Everyone in the office is very friendly and their only concern is how we feel. They even do a wellness check the next day to make sure everything is going well. My questions are always answered and I am very pleased with their service. As a person who does not care to go to the dentist, I actually don't have a problem with it anymore. I had so many bad experiences and rejections due to a medical condition, that I got tired of trying to get a dentist. I am truly blessed and thankful for them. My aunt now goes there, and they are great with her too. Regal Dentistry is the best!

We have great experiences at Regal. My daughter is very afraid of the dentist and the calming, understanding approach that the dental assistant Angie has with her has been a blessing. She now asks for her to be present during procedures. Thank you for making the dentists an easier experience and making my baby feel safe.

Wonderful Dental office. The doctors are very good, patient and i have not had any bad experiences with any of them.  The staff is friendly.  The assistants are very patient and also knowledgeable.  I've been going for several years and plan to not go anywhere else.
