Went on a double date to go see a new release movie… the movie was great! Sound was a little loud, hurt my ears at times. But that’s to be expected sitting in the super screen I would have given 5 stars, but the guy at the counter didn’t hear my order correctly and so we didn’t receive exactly what I had asked for. But the staff was nice, the theater was very clean, and we were comfy for the whole movie. I love going to the theater for a fun movie night!

Took the grandkids to see TMNT movie. Very nice time, nothing special about the food... expensive, like every other place. Not too chilly and especially good that I appreciated was the volume of the movie wasn't deafening.

Very nice and well maintained. After the very sparse Covid-19 pandemic period, it's wonderful to see people flocking back to the big screen!

Friendly Personnel. Clean, well kept facility. Nice selection of concessions.

A huge thank you to the girl who took the time on the phone to help my husband locate my son's car keys. He has lost them last night while at the movies. She took the time to go physically look and found them right away. A big NO thank you to the guy I spoke with 15 minutes prior to that who insisted that they weren't there, didn't agree to go look, and cut me off to say, "well good luck", before hanging up. Besides that, movies are always good and theater fairly comfortable, though the recliners are definitely starting to show their wear.

Went early morning, first showing of the day. Staff was very friendly, met us at the door. We live in Oshkosh but had to go here to see "Dog" because it was no longer playing at Oshkosh. Theater was clean, well kept and everything was clearly marked. We hit the restroom on the way out, staff should remember not to come flying out of a closed door...had a little run in. No harm, just you know... a little collision. It was a teenager so it's not a bad reflection on the theater and she apologized. I would go here to watch a movie again, I was very satisfied with my experience.

The popcorn and pretzel bites are fresh. I got popcorn right out of the popper and waited a couple of minutes for the pretzels to come out of the oven. So much better than the popcorn and pretzel bites at the Marcus Bay Park Cinema in Green Bay. They pop their corn in advance and put it in huge garbage bags. They also bake their pretzel bites in advance and they sit in a warmer. Who knows how long this stuff sits before you get it. Being that they charge such a ridiculous amount for concessions, it's nice to at least have them fresh.

I love this movie theater. It is very clean and have the most comfortable chairs I have sat in at a theater. The employees that work there are also very warm and welcoming. Great place to watch a movie!

Saw a fathom event movie, they stuck it in the one theater with the dying projector bulb. Had I known how dark the movie was going to be I would.have brought night vision goggles. I understand with the amount of theaters in the building it's hard to check them all. But I feel that they should give the movies that are limited release special attention with something as simple as making sure the projector bulbs are good enough to see everything clearly.

Gotta say a single visit can ruin an impression of a place forever. Reed or Reid so call manager made our visit horrible. We bought tickets online and this manager didn’t even know how it worked we arrived 15 min before the move started and he spent 20 min figuring out how the online tickets works. After the annoying wait after us saying we’re missing the trailers he said theirs nothing I can do not even a free popcorn or anything he said you gotta wait till I figure out how to redeem the tickets that they should be trained in the first place. This guy I gotta tell you no emotion, Awkward communication, no sense at all in his reasoning.
