Regal Nails

Tony is the gentleman who takes care of my toes. He is amazing, I've been going to him since January 2023, he is so professional and cordial, really really pampers my feet, I've seen the other staff and customers did leave happy, the equipment is thoroughly clean and protected from one client to another, really nice to see that. Located inside a Super Wal-Mart, plenty of parking spaces. Definitely my place to go.

Work was really poor, starting from pedicure, in 10 minutes she was ready to start with my manicure. They charged me 5 dollar to remove gel from hands and another 5 to remove gel from feet. I still see the gel on my nails. It's pretty noticeable and the nail polish they used is chipping after a day. Never going back!Services: Pedicure

Worst manicure and pedicure experience in the longest time. Kim was many manicurist and pedicurist. I had to tell her several times to go soft on me. Rough rough. Horrible horrible horrible experience. It is not about the 65$ for manicure and pedicure, it’s my time. I wasted time and my experience was tremendously frustrating. NINA IS THE BEST NAIL TECH THERE IS. I will gladly wait for her. Worth the time and $$. I've been to tons of nail salons, seen diff techs, no one beats her.

I had the worst customer service experience today. The nail technician was in a rush while doing my acrylic fill-in and didn't ask if I wanted my nails trimmed. When I kindly asked he said "You should have told me in the beginning." I replied, "You did not ask." He then stated, "Thats not my problem." As if I know the process of a fill-in step by step. I messed up one of my nails moving over to the dry station and let him know and asked if he can please fix it. In which, he responded, "Thats your fault." I was in shock about how poorly I was treated. To make matters worst one of his female co-workers chimes in and directly said to me, "You have a bad attitude." He then begins to fix the corner of my nail where the polish was warped and persisted on trying to argue with me alongside his female co-worker. I had to put my foot down! I said, "I am not going to argue with you and not to worry I will not be returning." I just can't believe that a service that is supposed to make you feel good about yourself and that is supposed to be relaxing can turn so hostile. I would expect them to provide kind customer service at minimum. I am so disappointed and disgusted by how they spoke to me as a customer. NEVER AGAIN!

Great, hardworking folks who do a fine job! My family has been going to them for the last 10 years and no complaints.

DO NOT COME HERE!This place is AWFUL!!! They are scammers! My service cost $33, and the lady put in $330. I had kindly asked her to correct that number, and she responded so RUDELY. I then said that she was very rude and could have responded in a nicer way and she started yelling at me. It was ridiculous. The old guy with the glasses is also extremely rude. He doesn't change his gloves and when i asked him to change his gloves after he touched the dirty FLOOR with them, he said "im not even touching your hand with this hand". The employees aren’t very good at customer service. The person that did my nails kept stoping and helping an employee with something on her phone he was not wearing gloves nor did he clean his hands after touching her phone which was probably full of bacteria and germs on top of that he was very rough on my nails and kept using alcohol products which I told him that burned. He as well tried making me buy into that gel nails last longer than regular nail polish I said OK and got gel which costed me an extra $13 which they didn’t last longer. When I went a few weeks ago I asked for a mani which then the person that do my nails I tell them I want acrylics and they do them. Well this time when the guy gave me to an employee to do my nails she started filing my nails. I then noticed that usually this didn’t happen so I told her I want acrylics she called over the guy that first asked me what I wanted and said she wants acrylics. He then rudely yelled “no you said you wanted a manicure” I replied “I meant acrylics” he then said it was going to be a one hour wait and I left. I find it ridiculous that they have such poor customer service I’m not going to lie the acrylics weren’t to bad. Though I don’t recommend this place.
