It's a pretty standard movie theater experience. I enjoy the new cute paint job, the staff is super nice, as you'd expect it's very expensive to get snacks drinks or popcorn, as it is at every theater.
We went to see Oppenheimer, BUT the volume of the movie was extremely loud. We found out after the movie that the volume is ALWAYS too loud. The other patrons suggested wearing ear plugs. Please turn that volume down! The theater was very clean and the attendants were very friendly and efficient.
Seats are small. They have dipping dots!!! Expensive but not their fault. Really hoping the update the seats though. Maybe add some recliners in one theater. Make the seats a little wider or maybe get seats you can raise the arms in. Staff are nice. Popcorn could use more butter. More candy selection would be nice.
Went to see Oppenheimer tonight. Told clerk,Tehya, that we were Seniors. She gave us the Senior rate for the movie. I also ordered a popcorn only size they had was small and medium medium and a lemonade large which had no lid. Asked if she needed to see my AARP card for the discount on popcorn and drink, but she said no. I was not given the discount on my drink or popcorn. Did not realize that I didn't receive the discount until I got home. Such a ripoff. I had to pay full price for them but she gave me the discount for the movie. Your snack counter should have been prepared for higher attendance with the movies you are showing. Not very good service. Charlene
They kept the theater way too hot. I don’t think I’ve ever been that uncomfortable in a theater. My cousin and I were both dabbing sweat from our faces. The concessions are expensive enough, are they trying to save money on AC? They have one register running and no one at the ticket booth. That’s disgraceful. Next time I’ll just go to Santa Rosa and find a decent theater.

The theater was fine, but I expect it to be air conditioned. In the theater room we were in, there were no more than 6 other people, but the temperature in there was hotter than the hallway! We came to see the movie, but we also expect the theater to be COMFORTABLE for the two-plus hours we're there. I would give zero stars if I could.

The employee Elizabeth at the concession stand was RUDE. She didn’t know if the senior discount applied to the movie we went to see, didn’t take the time to find out. A sign stated exact change or card l paid for tickets with my card and then tried to pay exact cash for popcorn and she says not at this register only the other one. Overpriced tickets, overpriced food. Awful cold no flavor popcorn. Went back up to purchase an overpriced beer the employee didn’t know how to ring it up, he asked Elizabeth for guidance she looked over at him, turned and continued talking to a friend. No response letting him know she would help him/us. We walked away This is the first time I’ve given a review l only gave it one star in order to leave a review. Good luck to future customers.
