First time - after some trouble finding the entrance, things took a turn in the right direction. I didn't know going in that it was a place that served you in your seat. I really enjoyed that aspect. They should get a better system that at least brings you your drinks quickly though, as I was halfway through my meal and a good 45 mins into the movie before getting my drink. Not a big deal tho. The buffalo wings were GREAT and the sugary waffle that unexpectedly came with it was delicious as well. I'd definitely go back - but it's the kinda place you have to understand that people will be talking and delivering orders throughout. As long as you go in knowing that, you will have a good time.... IF you can find where it's located within the West Town Mall, lol
The front row is too close. It was like we were watching a tennis match with our head movements but mostly just one angle, crooked They said the show was sold out except for those seats, and that even the next showing was the same way. So we took those front row seats and had a lot of empty seats behind us. For the entire film. I've sat in the front row at theaters before and there's much more space between you and the screen than at this theater, the aspect ratio of the movie is bizarre. They tell you to scan the code on your table for a menu but it does not work. You have one opportunity to order based on what someone's memory tells you is on the menu. Then maybe your hot dog and french fries come 30 minutes later and without napkins. I put a 50% tip on my order from the guy who took it. But someone else brought the food and then eventually much later brought the napkins, I didn't tip him. I'm assuming they have a tip sharing system and I'm certainly hoping so. He didn't look like a happy person. I think they have some corporate issues in that regard. Otherwise I like the fancy seats and the concept. I was praying my seat had been sprayed with Lysol and somehow doubting it. I miss Terrace Tap Room. This is certainly not that, but regardless there is something really nice about it. It's interesting to serve cocktails at movie theater prices. And then the arcade up top, with nowhere for parents to sit down with all of their shopping bags to watch their kids and enjoy themselves. All that empty seating downstairs, from that concept, could be brought up stairs on a very minimal scale. Even if you have to say, these seats are only for adults watching their children. But you really should make seating for your paying customers, the teens and kids as well. I hate to see one child in a group who doesn't want to participate just have to stand. It's ridiculous. I bring my shopping bags and sit on the floor, also ridiculous. They need to make the menu for whatever it is they serve, more visible and accessible to customers. I love this place but it has some issues that if addressed, it would be an amazing spot and probably a lot more busy than it is.
Went for dinner and a movie combo at Regal Cinebarre. It was my daughter's birthday, so we splurged . I got a hamburger with bacon , avocado, and seasoned fries, which was delicious but too much for me to eat. My kids got some yummy loaded nachos!! The food and atmosphere were awesome!!! The seats are electric recliners, and if you don't feel like eating, they do serve adults beverages also, but just get an Uber or lyft to drop you off and pick you up. There are pool tables in the lobby, so you can hang out with the guys or gal's on the weekends. So fun!!!!
My understanding is that the employees are to take food orders well before the movie starts. The movie was supposed to start at 5:20. What started at 5:20 was the "Noovie News/Commercials" for 20 minutes, so the actual trailers didn't even commence until 5:40. The servers did not even make an appearance until 5:30 by this time, the theater is near full so they are standing in front of you, during the trailers, taking food orders, which means food was being delivered well into the start of the movie. So distracting! Needless to say, I will dine, elsewhere, before seeing a movie at this theater.
Absolutely horrible experience with membership, the stuffy unpleasant smell inside, young staff not nice, wierd that popcorn is popped in the back, away from any customer. It's such an absolutely shocking lack of competency. Clearly the management doesn't care about customers' experience. Worse, I left my movie at a time that apparently was after the mall closed so I had a panic attack because there was zero staff anywhere around to help. I felt trapped. I had no choice but to exit out to the parking garage that was poorly lit, shockingly zero security present. I had no idea how to get back to my car which was the opposite of the mall. So I had to walk around the huge parking garage, in dim, shadowy, corners. Walking and walking in the dark, bc of course the poorly lit parking lot was added stress. I cannot believe there is zero signage explaining anything. Why was there zero security? There should at least be signs at the doors of the mall to say the hours and explain the alternative to exiting. I didn't appreciate it. Worse, the young male "manager" who wore a suitjacket that was laughably two sizes too big, listened and i could tell he listened. He finally told me that I should write a letter to the Regal corporate office because of the many many problems I experienced. Perhaps I will. What I won't do is return. I never want to tolerate this hassle and stress again. I'll stick with the other locations.
Loved it all super fun. I do with they had service even a little during the movie for drinks but otherwise amazing service very accommodating. Food was worth the money I think. I had bacon cheese fries and my friend had a burger th fries are crispy and the cheese and bacon were great! Melissa was an amazing server! Super sweet.
The usual seating, good service, good acoustics... but sorry to say, lousy food: very DEEP fried and really salty. Save your $$, eat somewhere else before or after.
This is a great place to watch movies and have food and drinks serve to you...
Movie and environment were good. Food prices were fine. Food quality was good. However service was poor. The person who took our oder, Allen, recorded our order correctly. I ordered ranch for my fries don't like ketchup. The order arrived with ketchup and no ranch. I asked the first person that walked by. Was told they would get it. 15 min later, still no ranch. Flagged someone else down. Was told they would get it in a minute. 30+ min later, still no ranch. Finally gave up and at the fries without it, but of course they were ice cold at that point.
Almost $13 for two 20oz bottles of water is a joke. Staff constantly in & out taking orders & delivering food was annoying. I think it's a good concept. But orders should be placed & picked up/delivered well before the movie. I doubt I'll be going back to this location.
