Custom arrangement was well done! I got a notification that the initial delivery attempt was not successful and I called to make alternative arrangements. Regeena's Flowers & Events was very helpful and kind during the process. The recipient loved the arrangement and it made her day.

Regeena's never disappoints!  This was our daughter's sweet 16 and her first flower delivery and she was thrilled.  Regeena's is a local treasure with wonderful staff that puts their heart into what they do and it shows!

Our daughter loved her flowers and sent us a picture immediately after receiving them. They were delivered early and were even more beautiful than the example shown in the ad.

As usual, Regeena's "delivered!" They delivered excellent service, beautiful flowers, a timely follow up to let me know when the flowers had been made with a picture and when they had been delivered. Great and very helpful staff and beautiful arrangements! I will definitely use them again!

The Keller’s are incredible! They take time to make sure they have your vision for not only your flowers but the entire wedding day! Highly recommend for all your floral needs!

The Mother’s Day arrangement exceeded our expectations! My mom loved the unique vase. It was easy to order online since we live out of state. I also appreciated the pictures they sent via email of the arrangement before it was delivered and the delivery confirmation email - we did not request either so this was a nice surprise and great customer service! I will continue to use Regeena'sfor our future orders. I highly recommend.

I helped send flowers to my son’s girlfriend attending FHSU. I was super impressed with their website and the ease of ordering. We were sent an email and a ‘bloomsnap’ letting us know exactly when the flowers were delivered and a picture of them. Nice touch! Highly recommend this florist. Thank you!

We ordered from Regeena's to celebrate my awesome MIL who lives in Hays.  We live about 3 hours away and couldn't celebrate with her this year but wanted her to feel special on this special day and I am SO glad I chose Regeena's!  The flowers were just as beautiful as they were online and came in a really cute, rustic, wooden box that she loves as well.  To top it off, the note we requested was hand written in hand writing much better than my own which gave it a personal touch, which I really appreciate since we couldn't personally be there this year.  We will definitely be using them again and again!

Professionally designed flowers with personal care in service. I ordered the designer’s choice arrangement to be delivered for my sister’s 50th birthday. Beautiful flowers delivered to her with helpful followup email to me upon delivery. Great business in great hometown.

My daughter from New York sent me a beautiful arrangement from Regeena's for Mother's Day.  I asked her how she knew this was the classiest/best/most upscale florist in Hays, America.  She told me she did her research, and the online presence and website swayed her.  I wasn't aware of all that, I just know from personal experience.  Thank you for your exceptional on-line presence, because that means I got the most beautiful arrangement!  Kudos to you!
