Jose was very professional when he greeted us at the entrance of the Langley Park Regency Furniture store. He spent lot of time for us to show all the furniture available at the store. He was not in a rush to close the sale. He waited patiently until we decided what we wanted. We keep coming to Regency Furniture because he impressed us with his courteous approach. I have no reservations to recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Mr. Jose.
Jonathan Martinez helped me to find the furniture I wanted for my new house. He was super helpful and guided me through the whole process making it easy and fun. Would definitely keep coming back as long as he is still working there.
My experience with Kenya great she has good customer service. Louis who was the manager I believe he left in July 22 was nice as well. I ordered my living room set in February. I have yet to receive it. Every time I'm given an ETA it changes and don't think you get a courtesy call saying " I apologize your furniture has not arrived" Noooooo I have to call to get disappointed time and time again. Intially they didn't want to send all of my items bedroom set & living room set until ALL items were there at warehouse. Thank god "I" asked for manager who was Louis who then gave the okay to send what they had free of charge because intially the girl said I would have to pay for delivery. I'm not going to out her name out there but I know exactly who said it and she is never fIm been waiting 6 months for my couch. This will be the last time I ever order from Regency. If it's not in stock DON'T DO IT !!!! You been warned this is so disappointing it might come next year who knows
Bethlehem was amazing. Very helpful and detailed about what you will be getting. I was able to get a furniture set of my liking for a great price.
It's just a few minutes walk from the Takoma Langley crossroad. I observed it has different furnitures of different varieties. I think it's one of the best store to buy furniture.
Very Poor management .It's getting 5 months I haven't received a complete set of furniture I bought and paid full cash for. The don't even call to reach out to you . What a shame!
Hugo Boss was amazing employee who was very patient and helpful. The manager Mr. Sam was very helpful as well. I will definitely purchase here again. Excellent service, very welcoming place, team, and environment.
Worse place ever to buy furniture at the time of making the purchase they talk about warranty that cover any damage to the furniture but when we try to fill a claim they came out with the story that no warranty was purchase. When apparently they were adding everything at the time of purchasing. When we came to the store they made me call the credit card company ensuring that they were the ones that were suppose to give me information what doesn’t the credit company have to do with the purchase they only finance the purchase they couldn’t help me with any other information. Besides that the lady in the front desk is rude and act like she is making customers a favor if she doesn’t like to help customers why is she still working there I hope nobody come here and buy furniture now after this terrible experience I recommend purchasing directly from The main furniture Ashley end of the day they are the manufacturer not Regency they are a simple intermediate. Terrible service and terrible place to make a purchase.
The store manager Jose Hernandez Langley park regency Was very helpful. He will help you find things that are affordable and based on your liking. Very satisfied with the staff and the help we recieved.
Margarita was absolutely AMAZING ! When my mom and I walked in she approached us with a kind attitude and a beautiful smile. She made us feel welcome. This was my first time buying a bed set by myself and she definitely made it easy and smooth. My bed set is beautiful and she was patient and guided through efficiently. She explained everything to us and guided us in the right direction. I will definitely be back to purchase more things and Margarita is my go to person ! Everyone was kind they run a good business at Regency Furniture in Takoma Maryland.
