This is the nicest hotel with amenities for the price. And because I am handicapped, they help me at check-in  and they help me get my things to my room. The staff is especially friendly and the rooms are clean. They have hot breakfast in the morning but they need to improve on it and I was given $5 off for room service! a single room for me for one night was $78 including tax. I will definitely come back in the near future.

My family and stayed here for 2.3 days. We enjoyed our stay here. It was a quiet,clean, staff friendly place to stay for once. The breakfast was a little on the you get what you pay for meal. But all in all... a good place to stay. Thank you for a awesome stay.Rooms: 4/5

My daughters and I stayed here for 10 days due to our home not being ready and had an okay experience. The male owner was quite rude on several occasions. They constantly called saying my kids were being too noisy even when my kids were not present. They will come into your room without warning. It smelt horrible of marijuana and cigarette smoke but thankfully the room didn’t. The woman owner was very sweet and polite. She changed my towels often and never gave any problems. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately due to them not being very kid friendly. The breakfast options were not great but I didn’t expect anything less because it’s quite run down. But overall an okay stay.

I stayed here for a week and I liked the clean rooms, regular room service, and pretty reasonable rates for the rooms. It's location is also perfect because it's near from AT&T Stadium and DFW Airport as well. During whole one week there were no cheap people or any sound or bad smell like other motels. I would definitely choose it again when I visit AT&T Stadium again in future!

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff’s warmth and assistance were exceptional. Being close to the airport and major attractions made my stay not only convenient but also unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning.Rooms: 5/5

Dude,  All of the reviews about staff banging on the door before check out time is absolutely true.  We had a late check out the guy upfront negotiated over 15 minutes like this was some bazaar.  At 10:55, they banged on the door, and then didn’t understand English that we had requested and were granted a late check out.  So he leaves and right at 11:00 we get a call from front desk asking if we were going to stay another day or basically get the heck out.  After about 10 mins, someone else comes to the door and she speaks English and asks me when we’ll leave and I blew up and said “oh for fox sake” and she seemed surprised!!  Based on owner response to some of the other reviews about late check out, it appears the staff didn’t really learn anything from previous reviews.  It isn’t that hard to wait an extra hour for a couple of rooms, or start on the rooms that have already checked out.  I say this because I owned 3 different motels myself!  The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbor snore through the night and hit his snooze button 10 times before 5 AM.

1015a 8.12.23 Foreign female at front desk is extremely rude. If she is at the counter, just walk away, and don't come back, until the foreign male is present. Save yourself the stress of wanting to punch her in the face for her ignorance. She cuts you off when talking, because she knows it all  Even the young guy behind the counter looked extremely irritated with her. She is absolutely bad for business. She tried to charge me $90 for a room, $30 for early check in, and I told her it was cheaper online the other day the guy told me to just book in house and it'll be the same price. She cut me off and rudely said, "Well come at 3p." No, thanks, I'll spend my USD with my fellow Americans.

Disappointed in the service. Had to wait 40+ mins for a room to be ready, but they told us we had 20 mins to check out and were banging on the door at 10:20 for an 11 check-out. I was watched like a hawk at breakfast, like they were afraid I might have an extra mini-muffin.  Rooms: Rooms were nice and had a good amount of outlets.  Walkability: Starbucks next door, can&#39;t get any better.  Food & drinks: Drink machines were priced right, but the breakfast left a little to be desired. Not a lot of options and they watch like a hawk to make sure you don&#39;t take too much.

Me and my family stayed here 7days the staff the not bug us , the breakfast could have been a little better. But it was a great stay  Rooms: Rooms are great and gets very cold  Walkability: Food near by and Starbucks too
