They did not tell me up front the insurance fee cost me 352$ including in the loan. I figured it out by asking them. Also, the bank hold the check for a week because their bank did not confirm with my bank. I would never do business with them again.
Jana has been my rep since I received a loan with Regional Finance and she is a true gem. She has been very flexible and patient with me as it has been hard to get connected with my schedule. She is always graceful and a joy to speak with. Highly recommend!

I made a HORRIBLE mistake and decided take out a loan for $1,500 in December 2015. Every month, I'd make the payments on time, paying $112.00 every month. My 2nd to last payment with Regional Finance, I purchased and sent in a money order for $112.00, as I ran out of personal checks. On June 1, 2017, I received countless collection calls, even though I told them I had mailed the money order on June 1st. Every day until today June 14, 2017 I received about 5 phone calls a day regarding this payment. I had provided them with the receipt number of the money order, proving I had purchased a money order. I was told that if they hadn't received a payment by that Friday, I would be charged a $10.00 late fee. I have NEVER made a late payment. I had been paying the $112.00 religiously since January 2016. I asked if this fee could be waived, as the money order was lost in the mail or was just sitting on someone's desk, never being processed. So, on June 10, 2017, I ended up driving about 25 miles to make another payment, this time by check. I presumed they received my check, as I physically dropped in off at their office, which was closed that day. Today, June 14, 2017, I called to see if they had received my check and posted it to my account. One of the employees, Carlos confirmed that not only did they receive my check, they also received the money order I sent in on the 1st. I asked if the late payment fee could be refunded, and Carlos advised his manager, Maria said they would not be able to waive the late payment fee. I tried explaining that since the money order had a date of June 1, 2017, that this fee should be waived. Carlos hung up on me, which made me FURIOUS!!!!! I've been waiting to hear back from Maria, but she hasn't called me back, as she said she would. I will NEVER, EVER in life borrow money from such a greedy loan company like them EVER AGAIN!!!! It's a real shame that companies like this treat their good paying clients in such manner, and I am APPALLED! $10.00 just caused them to lose a good customer for good, and I will NEVER, EVER refer them to anyone I know, not even to a person I dislike. This company flat-out suck!
