Getting a loan here was really easy. Bella was great!!! She made sure to explain the whole process completely and even stayed late to accommodate my schedule to come in. Getting a loan here is easy. Khulah was especially great explaining everything and making me feel comfortable. This is a best institution hands down to get a loan.

Absolutely love the customer service here. Peggy is so easy to talk to and ask questions. She takes the time to get to know you and help in any way possible. She is so personable and gives you honest advice and isn't solely about money. I was very nervous about taking out loans but she is the ONLY person i will go to and that i trust with this financial matter. Anyone i hear talking about loans, i send them here. They have an online portal so you can keep up to date, an auto pay service and the ability to pay additional on your loan.
Peggy is MY GO TO... She promptly assisted me with what I was looking to finance. She was beyond helpful, honest and also assisted me in ensuring the payments would come out on the days that work best for me. If anyone is looking for financing for debt consolidation or a loan, I refer all of my friends, neighbors and family to Regional Finance. Peggy is such an asset and for the number of times I myself and a few referrals I have sent her way, She was always able to help them out. Honest, Swift and Prompt for responses and the Customer Service I receive is 10 Stars across the board. If anyone is considering using Regional Finance, I recommend using Peggy. She will treat you like family and is great when it comes time to explain everything in detail. I'm so grateful for them and I will send many more referrals her way.
