Had a great experience and they were very helpful handling my needs.
I've always been treated with respect and kindness. No problems there. I do wish they would keep the drive-thru open until 6pm. I've had trouble lately with the automated teller machine not accepting deposits so I had to use the deposit box at the bank.
The ATM malfunctioned and ate my cash. Despite this happening to multiple other people, Regions is not doing anything to prevent this from continuing to happen. The complaint tickets that they are submitting are clearly not being handled properly because apparently this is a frequent issue. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Regions, it’s a shame that there’s so little being done to help.
Zero stars if I could. My husband and I have a joint account and had to go there THREE separate times to confirm his identity through his social which, we showed each time. They decided to close our account which prevented from having any access to our money. I had to call off work simply because I couldn’t put gas in my car. This is ridiculous. We still have yet to access our account.
Every time I call my local bank in Cullman, I always end up with some lady that's very rude. I dont know if it is the same woman or they are all that rude, but I never have a good experience with them. Their fees are ridiculous and the only reason we use them is because they are nationwide. I would rate them a 0 if I could for customer service. Half of the time you cant even get them on the phone. Simple questions are answered with sighs and aggravation.
Jennifer that works the window needs to stay off her phone. The last two times I have been there I had to wait on Jennifer to stop texting before she would even look up or she was texting and then decided to do my transaction.
ATM is always down . It’s ridiculous that cullman has 1 atm only . Then when you have to use another atm from another bank you add a 3 dollar charge on top of what the other bank make you pay. I’ve been a customer for 8 years I’m currently searching for another bank .
My husband came on Friday to pay his credit card bill. First of all, he gave the young lady CASH to pay on the bill that was due Monday. This cash did not go thru until TUESDAY!!! THERE WAS A HUGE hit to my credit report. This is was a cash payment. Every single credit card I OWN, when I make a payment, it comes out hours less than 24 hours... if not just an hour. Filing a dispute right now. We have been on hold with Regions help line for 40 minutes, haven't spoken to a single person.
Even if you have proper ID, be prepared to pay $20 to cash a check, even though it was written on this bank! It's a hard sell to get you to open an account. I'll never do business here, and from this point forward, I will be refusing checks if they are written on Regions Bank.
Local manager and teller need to learn more respect toward customer service and accept faults amid customers frustrations when things aren't communicated properly.
