Regions is like banking in a 3rd world country. Or like Jimmy Carter era for you boomers out there. Brutal lol I'd consider any way out if I worked there
Got an email not too long ago stating that regions was now accepting coin deposits with no fees. So I take all my change up there of course I didn’t count it. Turns out they have to send the change off to Jacksonville to be counted. About two weeks later I get a phone call asking me how much do I think I gave them.. how am I supposed to know? That’s why I gave it to you to count.. I guessed and said $75. They put exactly $75 into my account.. regardless of whether the change was worth more that’s the amount they gave me. This doesn’t even sound ethical to me at all. Of all places you should be able to trust the bank with your money and I feel like what they did to me was just plain shady. I should have gotten the exact change into my bank account. I would have been better off going to coin star or something like that.
Had two of the bank tellers "try" to deposit a check, but between the two of them they couldn't figure it out. One guy who was supposed to be the "customer relations specialist" tried to sit us down and waste our time even further by explaining why he couldn't deposit our check. Funny, I went to the branch on Thomasville and they were able to do it, no problem. I will never go to this branch again, and I implore anyone reading this to travel a little farther down the street to avoid this cluster you-know-what. We have had multiple problems with the people in this branch and we will never be going here again for anything.
ATM is the worst, usually always down. In September I deposited a cash and check transaction, it spat back out my check but ate my cash. Never gave me a receipt, checked my online banking, it never went through. I sat there for a good 15 mins to call to make a claim. The next day they credited back to my account. October 30, they took the money back out my account and I filed another claim. They said that the ATM balanced correctly so they will not give me my money back. Now we are in the middle of getting video footage and they won’t even show footage under after I get a lawyer! Ridiculous!
This location absolutely sucks. I don’t have to go to this one regularly, thank goodness, because every time I’ve been there they have been incredible slow. I can go to the Thomasville Road location and get done much quicker. The clerk at this location didn’t even apologize for the wait, even after I said something to him. He just acted as if he didn’t care and I was being unreasonable. I’m sorry but 6 minutes at the drive thru waiting on him to make my deposit is an unreasonable amount of time. If I could give it less than one star I would.
Attempted to short my deposit and when I requested that it be recounted the teller had the worst attitude and muttered under his breath “Jesus Christ” as if I, the customer, was an inconvenience. People need to realize that without customers they would not have a job or bank. Terrible! Cameron was just rude and tried to be subliminal with his rudeness! I cannot believe these people are allowed to act like this
Thanks Ms. Felicia Richardson for a true concerned attitude toward my banking needs. I have Never had anyone so non-judgemental and with suggestions to assist with options I chose. Thx again Regions.
Love regions!! Great bank and very friendly staff! I would have to say the Monroe st one there atm is down a lot.
Excellent customer services and personnel very professional. It is always a pleasant experience.
